Permanent magnet synchronous motors have the advantages of high efficiency,high power density,light weight,maintenance-free and small size.They are widely used in industry,especially in servo systems,and are gradually replacing induction motors and DC motors.When controlling permanent magnet synchronous motors,we usually use sensors to obtain the position and speed of the motor,but the presence of sensors has many limitations on the control system.Therefore,this paper proposes a sensorless control method based on a Cubature Kalman filter observer.The many problems brought by sensors improve the dynamic performance of the motor control system.This dissertation analyzes the physical model and operating characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,establishes the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the three-phase static coordinate system,the two-phase static coordinate system and the two-phase rotating coordinate system,and derives the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control and SVPWM modulation principle,and the Cubature Kalman filter view algorithm is derived,its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and a permanent magnet synchronous motor observer based on Cubature Kalman filter algorithm is built on the basis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor state equation.It is also verified by simulation.Aiming at the shortcoming of the poor tracking of the Cubature Kalman filter observer,the strong tracking theory is introduced into the Cubature Kalman filter,the principle of the strong tracking Cubature Kalman filter algorithm is derived,and the strong tracking Cubature Kalman is built.The Mann filter observer solves the shortcomings of the poor tracking of the Cubature Kalman filter observer and improves the dynamic performance of the motor.A permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system is built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform.Based on the vector control system,a permanent magnet synchronous motor observer based on the Cubature Kalman filter algorithm and the strong tracking Cubature Kalman filter algorithm is built.Perform simulation to verify the feasibility of the Cubature Kalman filter algorithm and the strong tracking Cubature Kalman filter algorithm;compare and analyze the two observer simulations to verify that the strong tracking Cubature Kalman filter algorithm can better deal with changes in motor parameters and improve Motor control performance.Carried out the hardware design and software design of the Cubature Kalman filter algorithm,designed the overall block diagram,main circuit,rectifier inverter circuit,drive circuit and detection circuit of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,built a physical platform based on TMS320F28335,and verified The permanent magnet synchronous motor observer based on the Cubature Karman filter algorithm is feasible,and its control performance can meet the requirements of high-performance control systems.
