Highway engineering is characterized by complex environment,long construction period,high investment and complex technology,etc.,and faces a lot of quality risk factors in the construction process.The implementation stage of the project is the key period of the whole project quality assurance,and also the period with the highest degree of quality risk hazards in the whole life cycle of the project.So the study on the quality risk assessment management in the implementation stage of highway engineering has theoretic and practice meanings.Based on the Wuhan Airport Expressway Rerouting Project,this thesis first uses the combination of WBS method and Delphi method to identify project risks based on the comprehensive environmental and construction technical data of the project.In order to highlight the important impact of construction technology on quality risk management during the implementation phase of the project,the project quality risk factors are classified from six aspects:personnel,equipment and materials,management,construction technology,key process and environment,and the quality risk factor index system of the project is established.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight of each factor index,and use the gray clustering theory and fuzzy mathematical ideas to construct the gray fuzzy membership matrix,and obtain the membership vector through operation.According to the principle of maximum degree of membership,the quality risk level of this project is judged.The traditional total quality management and the total quality management method under the quality assurance system pay more attention to the whole process and comprehensive management of project quality,which is difficult to highlight the management of high-risk quality factors.The gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this thesis can screen out factors with higher quality risk levels in the project,which is conducive to the project management unit’s centralized resources for targeted quality risk control.The results of the quality risk evaluation model show that the overall quality risk level of the project is medium to high,of which the key process risk,personnel risk and management method risk are high risks,and the remaining risk factors are all medium risks.Finally,the author puts forward specific countermeasures to the factors of higher quality risk level of Wuhan Airport Expressway Realignment Project,and can provide lessons for similar types of highway engineering projects.
