With the advent of the "Internet +" era and the rise of online sales platform,the situation of domestic home appliance manufacturing industry has improved,getting rid of the downturn for many years.In this context,white appliance enterprises are also rapidly transforming to respond to market demand,re integrating resources,innovating business channels and broadening business scope.However,with the change of market environment and the upgrading and transformation of enterprises,the cost is rising.Many enterprises are tired of coping with the increasing capital demand of enterprises,and can not better improve the daily operation efficiency.Therefore,the household appliance manufacturing industry breaks the traditional financial management habits and begins to introduce OPM strategic thinking in the process of enterprise development,aiming at making full use of external funds to promote its own development.In order to make enterprises have more efficient working capital management channels and other channels.In this paper,the OPM strategy as the leading line,combined with the channel management theory research and analysis of Midea Group working capital management status.Firstly,the research background and significance,literature review,research content and methods and innovation of this paper are briefly described.Secondly,it comprehensively describes the working capital management,OPM strategy and channel management theory.Then,on this basis,it gives an overview of the current situation of working capital management under Midea Group’s OPM strategy.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of Midea Group and the current situation of OPM strategy,and then analyzes the working capital structure of Midea Group in detail from the perspective of channel.Then,the paper introduces the leading enterprises in the same industry as a comparative analysis.According to the data analysis,it concludes that Midea Group has problems in the process of operating OPM strategy,such as accumulation of enterprise capacity,slow turnover of accounts payable,low efficiency of sales channels and increased operational risk,and analyzes the causes.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward to optimize the inventory management mode,make full use of commercial credit,improve the sales management system and ease the relationship with suppliers.Through the study of Midea Group,this paper aims to find the working capital management mode suitable for Midea Group and white household appliances industry,and hope to provide corresponding experience value for some enterprises that also implement OPM strategy.
