This dissertation aims at the technical difficulties of high-speed permanent magnet rotor with large eddy current loss and limited mechanical strength in design.A150 k W,30000r/min high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(HSPMSM)was designed.Taking this motor as the research object,the mechanical stress and loss of the rotor were analyzed.The minimum thickness composite sleeve suitable for this motor with both rotor strength and eddy current loss was designed.First of all,according to the design requirements and the unique design difficulties of high-speed permanent magnet motor,the rotor outer diameter iterative method starting from the rotor was adopted to carry out the electromagnetic design of the motor,determine the main dimensions of the motor,select the material of fixed rotor core and permanent magnet,and carry out the stator groove type,rotor structure and pole groove matching design.The simulation results are compared with the experimental data to verify the feasibility of the electromagnetic design method.Secondly,the stress analysis model of the high-speed permanent magnet rotor was established,and the variation trend of each stress of the rotor under different working conditions was analyzed by using the finite element method,and the influence of different materials,thickness and interference amount of a single sleeve on the mechanical strength of the rotor is explored.In addition,the principle of eddy current loss of high-speed permanent magnet rotor was analyzed,and the influence of copper shielding layer on eddy current loss of rotor and the distribution law of eddy current loss of composite sleeve with copper shielding layer under different thickness ratio were studied.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the interference fit of the rotor composite sleeve was taken as the constraint,and the design scheme of the minimum thickness composite sleeve,which gives consideration to the rotor strength and eddy current loss,was applied to the high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor designed.The design results show that the composite sleeve consisting of 0.5mm copper and 1.73 mm nickel base alloy is the best one.Compared with the 3mm singlelayer sleeve,the composite sleeve thickness is reduced by 25%,rotor eddy current loss is reduced by 56%,the rotor surface magnetic field harmonic content is lower,and the motor efficiency is increased by 3%.It provides a reference for rotor design of highspeed permanent magnet synchronous motor.
