| The long-span Cross-section composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type of steel-concrete composite structure bridge,which has been widely used in practical engineering.It consists of reinforced concrete top and bottom slabs,prestressed steel bar and corrugated steel webs.According to the mechanical characteristics of the structure,bending moment and axial force are borne by concrete top and bottom slabs.The shear force is borne by corrugated steel webs and the torque is borne by both.Compared with the traditional prestressed concrete bridge,the Cross-section composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs has more advantages.There are more and more studies on transverse internal forces of cross-section composite box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs.Based on the existing theory of transverse force analysis,this paper considers the effect of effective distribution width of load on transverse force of corrugated steel web composite girder bridge,and studies the variation law of transverse stress along transverse section of bridge control section combining with the engineering example of Yinzhou Lake Bridge.Through finite element software,several parameters affecting transverse force of long-span corrugated steel web composite girder bridge are studied.The main research work is as follows:(1)The development status of corrugated steel webs composite box girder bridges at home and abroad,the structural characteristics of the whole structure and details,and the structural characteristics of concrete box girder compared with the traditional ones are studied.The research status and methods of transverse force of corrugated steel web composite box girder are introduced.(2)Based on the frame analysis method of transverse force analysis at present,this paper also considers the influence of effective distribution width and distortion of automobile loads.Taking Yinzhou Lake Bridge as a project,the finite element model of the whole bridge is established by using the finite element software MIDAS FEA,and the transverse stress along each control section of the structure under dead weight,symmetrical load and eccentric load is studied.The variation law of cross section is analyzed,and the finite element value and theoretical calculation value of mid-span roof under symmetrical load and eccentric load are compared and analyzed.(3)Through MIDAS FEA finite element analysis software,the influence of bridge structural system,the thickness of box girder roof,web thickness,diaphragm spacing and other parameters on the transverse force of corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge is studied,which provides necessary reference for engineering practice. |
