| In recent years,the government of our country has put forward the encouraging policy of developing the prefab building vigorously.Line support type external hanging wall plate USES limit support and the main structure connection,because the wall plate in the normal use process will bear the wind,earthquake,temperature and other load action,if the limit support design is not appropriate,will cause the wall plate cracking,even fall off and so on.In this paper,theoretical analysis and finite element analysis are used to study the influence of limit bearing on the mechanical properties of wire-supported wall panels.The specific work is as follows:(1)Through the stress analysis of connecting joints of wire supported external wall panel and main structure,combined with the stress process of limit support bolt connection,the appropriate pre-load of limit support bolt can be obtained under the condition that the wall panel does not produce out-of-plane displacement.(2)Through theoretical analysis,the relationship between the size of limit support and the maximum deflection of off-line support wall panel was obtained,and the applicability of the theoretical derivation was verified by the finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that the maximum deflection increases with the increase of the length hole height of the Angle steel and decreases with the increase of the width and thickness of the Angle steel.The maximum deflection of wall plate under double rib limit support is less than that under L type limit support.The maximum deflection of outer wall board is less affected by the spacing of limit supports,but the maximum deflection of wall board increases obviously when the spacing of limit supports is close to the width of wall board.(3)Through the theoretical analysis of one dimensional model assumes that the lower limit a bearing bolt pre-tightening force inside the wall surface temperature effects,using 1 stopt for three dimensional full scale plugins panel heating model fitting based on the finite element result and get the pre-tightening force and critical temperature glide formula,and to establish finite element model of multiple sets of different parameters to verify the applicability of the formula.(4)Through the theoretical analysis of the influence of pre-tightening force of limit support bolts on the stiffness of the main frame structure of line-supported external wall panel,and the finite element software ABAQUS analysis and calculation,the applicability of the theoretical calculation is verified.The results show that when the preload is 0,the stiffness of the wire-supported wall plate to the main structural frame increases by nearly 20%.With the increase of the preload,the stiffness of the main frame structure of the wire-supported wall panel also increases,which can provide a theoretical reference for the application of the anti-seismic performance of the wall panel. |
