With the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,the tide of Chinese enterprises going out is higher,and the in-depth cooperation with "One Belt And One Road"countries is more extensive.Under the call of "One Belt And One Road" initiative,construction enterprises have accelerated the pace of overseas contracting projects,and continuously explored the overseas market,making great achievements.ZGJJ company as a large construction company,overseas business development is early,business distribution is wide,overseas construction experience.In recent years,ZGJJ’s overseas projects have been developed rapidly,and many new overseas projects have been launched intensively.However,with the development of business in different overseas markets,various cross-cultural conflicts are more and more common.No matter from project design,construction,financing,or the project daily management,no matter from the natural environment to the social environment,from customs to value idea,from the organization and coordination to the human resources management,all performance there are different forms of cross-cultural conflict,bring ZGJJ company overseas project operation and management of an increasing trend of risk.New overseas projects are faced with new cultural differences.If these conflicts are not handled properly,they will cause chaos in daily management and seriously affect the smooth progress of engineering projects.While vigorously exploring overseas markets,ZGJJ is also in urgent need of establishing a complete cultural conflict response system for overseas projects to escort the smooth progress of the project.Taking ZGJJ company case study of overseas project in Montenegro cultural conflict management,combining ZGJJ company overseas project management status of enterprise culture and the actual situation,analyzes the form of the project culture conflict in Montenegro,cultural conflict,the main risk and Montenegro is expounded in detail project culture conflict management of cultural conflict and risk identification is not accurate,lacking the ability to cross-cultural management,black staff management rules and regulations is not perfect,problems such as local administrator extent of employees.On this basis,the cultural conflict of Montenegro project management work put forward relevant Suggestions,including the implementation of respect tolerance,equality,difference,propaganda education,adjust measures to local conditions and so on four big strategy,and accurate identification of cultural conflict and risk,improve the ability of cross-cultural management,perfecting the black staff management rules and regulations,strengthen employee related optimization measures such as local administrator.This article hopes to ZGJJ company overseas projects in Montenegro cultural conflict management,research and analysis,provide a reference for optimization of project management culture conflict in Montenegro,also for other has participated in or participate in the "area" of the construction of Chinese enterprise culture management in overseas projects to provide a reference,so as to better promote the implementation of the "area" initiative contribution to a force.
