As a critical infrastructure related to national security and the lifeline of the national economy,the power system is a high-value target for cyber attacks by hostile organizations.In the context of the era of competition among major powers,cyberattacks targeting power industry control systems have gradually developed into an important game tool for national confrontation.In order to protect the security of the power monitoring system and prevent attacks and infringements of the power monitoring system by hackers and malicious codes.the sixteen-word policy of "security partition,network dedicated,horizontal isolation,vertical authentication" is the core,and a border security-based the deep security protection system has effectively guaranteed the structural safety of China’s power monitoring system in past practice.However,the recent network security incidents indicate that there is no absolute network security in the field of network security.The metering automation system belongs to the power monitoring system and involves the field of power consumption,which is directly related to the vital interests of power users and is a high-value attack target.The main station of the metering automation system is distributed horizontally in the safe areasⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,and it frequently interacts with the outside world vertically(low voltage,distribution transformers,plant stations),and the risk of being attacked by the network is high.In addition,the acceleration of the transformation of integrated energy services by power grid companies has spawned new business forms such as "multi-table integration",which may bring new security threatsBased on the security protection system architecture design system of the measurement automation system,this paper comprehensively considers the five aspects of border access,network security,host security,application security,and terminal security,and studies the multi-dimensional information security protection problems of the main station of the measurement automation.Due to the "multi-table integration" access to the measurement terminal,there is a risk of data insecurity,there is a risk of incorrect charge control instructions in internal business operations,and there is a lack of integration in the measurement automation master station system,making it difficult to form a global view of the system security situation The problem of sexual awareness.Combined with the actual application of the measurement automation system,it is proposed to use the software encryption method based on the AES-128 symmetric encryption algorithm to realize the encryption of the water meter data,and to add a link to check the compliance of the fee control instruction in the measurement automation system.Protective measures for situation assessment.Effectively reduce the security threats of the measurement automation system,improve the safety protection system of the measurement automation system,and provide strong support and guarantee for the stable operation of the business system of the measurement automation system.
