| In recent years,with the deepening of Chinese economic reform,the automobile manufacturing industry has entered a transformation period of technological upgrading,which has higher requirements for the corporate governance structure and the construction of talent team.Equity incentive can reduce principal-agent contradiction and improve enterprise performance,so it is favored by more and more automobile manufacturing enterprises.However,due to the different development stages,ownership structure and governance structure of different enterprises,not all of them can achieve ideal incentive effect.Therefore,this paper takes Chang’an Automobile as an example to study the implementation effect of equity incentive,which provides vital theoretical and practical support for the implementation of equity incentive system.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the concept and theoretical basis of equity incentive,and classify its different incentive modes.Secondly,this paper selects Chang’an Automobile as the case study object,analyzes the basic situation and the equity incentive scheme of Chang’an Automobile,and summarizes the reasons for the implementation of equity incentive by combining with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company.Thirdly,through the analysis of the impact of equity incentive on different aspects,it is found that the implementation of equity incentive in Chang’an Automobile has not achieved the desired incentive effect.There are some problems,such as the high turnover rate of incentive objects,defects in performance appraisal design,no obvious equity incentive effect and fuzzy individual performance appraisal standard.After combined with the annual report,announcement and other information,it is found that the single mode of equity incentive,the lack of flexible space for performance evaluation,the discontinuity of each incentive plan and the lack of management measures for equity incentive are the reasons for the problems.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the existing problems,and improves the implementation effect of equity incentive by adopting diversified equity incentive mode,improving equity incentive conditions,strengthening the systematic construction of incentive plan combination and strengthening individual level equity incentive management.This paper hopes to improve the scientificity and rationality of the equity incentive scheme of Chang’an Automobile through the research on the implementation of equity incentive of Chang’an Automobile,so as to achieve the best incentive effect.At the same time,it also provides theoretical support and implementation reference of the implementation and innovation of equity incentive for other automobile manufacturing enterprises. |
