| The occurrence of traffic incidents has a significant impact on the running state of the urban road network,the operation of the urban road network travel close relationship with people’s life,to more intuitive,the actual reflect the connection between the two,the introduction of the concept of urban road network capacity to evaluate traffic incident to the influence degree of the urban road network running status.At present,many scholars both at home and abroad from the perspective of the whole city to evaluate the bearing capacity of the urban road network,the development level of urban infrastructure,population,determine bearing capacity parameters,such as the value of the specific studies of urban road network capacity is less,but incidents involving traffic impact on urban road network capacity research more scarce.Classification analysis,this paper aims to traffic incidents to build according to the category of the urban road network under the influence of traffic incidents bearing capacity model,using the method of dynamic traffic assignment,the types of traffic incident’s influence on the urban road network running state,for a more appropriate and efficient way to solve and eliminate the influence of traffic incident on the city road network.Starting from the characteristics of traffic incidents,this paper analyzes the duration and influence of the degree of various traffic incidents and explores the influence of spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of different types of traffic incidents on the urban road network.The concept of bearing capacity of the urban road network is defined,the characteristics of bearing capacity of the urban road network are studied,the interaction among influencing factors is analyzed,the parameter indexes such as intersection utilization coefficient and lane comprehensive utilization coefficient are proposed,and the model of bearing capacity of the urban road network is proposed considering the balanced traffic distribution.Put forward multi node urban road abstraction network and OD route selection network,two kinds of urban road abstraction network,constructs the urban road network bearing capacity model under the influence of four kinds of traffic incidents,i.e.section impact incident,section cut-off incident,regional impact incident and overall impact incident,and applies the dynamic traffic assignment function of VISSIM software to realize the balanced traffic assignment.Therefore,it concretely analyzes the influence degree of various traffic incidents on the bearing capacity of the urban road network.According to the building of the urban road network under the influence of traffic incidents bearing capacity model,and with Daqing mall village abstraction for the urban road network as an example.simulation road impact incidents and full effects of the two types of incidents occurrence state,application of VISSIM software simulation,to verify the applicability of the model and feasibility,and according to the research results on traffic incidents affect the change rule of bearing capacity of the urban road network,for the impact of traffic managers to deal with all kinds of traffic incident provides a train of thought. |
