Linear compressor was used as the driving system of free piston Stirling heat pump,and the"green" power source is used.Its working efficiency is comparable to the traditional compressor,and the effect of energy saving and environmental protection is better,but there are still disadvantages such as low thrust and unstable operation.In this thesis,a new three-action PMLOM structure is proposed.In order to establish high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving Stirling heat pump drive system for the purpose,a series of researches are carried out by combining the theoretical analysis,simulation analysis and experimental results.Based on the force analysis of the power piston of Stirling heat pump,the mathematical model of the power piston is established,the hypothesis is made,and the detailed calculation and analysis of the power piston model is made by using the rotation vector analysis method,and the vector diagram of Stirling heat pump is obtained.Combined with the vector diagram and the design parameters of Stirling heat pump,the electromagnetic thrust to drive the power piston is obtained.According to the performance design requirements of Stirling heat pump for motor,the whole structure of new three-action PMLOM is proposed and its working principle is analyzed.When the coil loads sinusoidal or square wave electricity,the working magnetic field generates alternating electromagnetic thrust to ensure the reciprocating linear motion of the actuator.According to the magnetic field characteristics of two permanent magnets,the analytical criterion of galvanomagnetic pushing force is gotten by having access to the effective displacement approach,which is correlated with the measurement of permanent magnets,air gap magnetic density,current and so on.The operating equations of the motor are established and its operating features are analyzed notionally.When the motor is in resonance state,the displacement of the permanent magnet of the actuator can reach the maximum and the input strength is the minimum.Maxwell was used to analyze the two-dimensional electromagnetic field of the initial PMLOM,and the steady state and transient characteristics of the motor were studied.The electromagnetic thrust was small,the magnetic flux leakage was serious,and the material was wasted.on behalf of enhancing the capability of the motor,parameterized analysis was carried out on the length of the secondary permanent magnet,permanent magnet’s altitude,the air gap’s altitude and the inner stator core’s ply.The consequences of diverse tectonic attributes on the galvanomagnetic pushing force were observed,and the greatest project of the motor was identified.In contrast to the premier motor,the electromagnetic thrust of the motor increased by 48%.Based on the theoretical analysis of the drum type variable stiffness spiral spring,the stiffness analysis former of the flat spring is constituted,and the plate spring’s stiffness is around invariable in a certain range.FEM had access to break down and pattern the stiffness of plate spring with diverse eccentricity,thickness,involute termination Angle and phase difference,and the effect regular of diverse configurational parameters on the stiffness was procured.The plate spring’s stiffness was most affected by thickness and least affected by eccentricity.The optimization scheme of the plate spring was determined,and the properties of its diameter,axial stiffness and fatigue strength were studied.Compared with the initial plate spring,the diameter and axial stiffness of the plate spring were increased by 25%and 47%respectively.According to the whole structure and machining parameters of the new PMLOM,the electromotor and stator are fabricated and assembled,and the coils are wound and sealed.The axial stiffness test scheme of the plate spring was designed and a test rig was built.Through experiments,it was verified that the axial stiffness was the maximum when the eccentricity was 2mm and the stiffness of the plate spring was approximately constant within a certain displacement range.The assembly and adjustment of the new PMLOM was completed,and the coil resistance test and the initial running test of the motor system were carried out,and the running process was good.To sum up,this thesis on raising the new three sub PMLOM electromagnetic thrust has carried out research,mechanism and emulation analysis was putted into effect on the motor magnetic domain and pushing force,the motor configuration optimization of the attributes,to accomplish the machining and manufacturing of motor parts and whole machine with adjustable,the new three dynamic sub PMLOM preliminary test runs,PMLOM is checked on the justifiability of the updated configuration;The effect of diverse tectonic parameters on the stiffness of flexible plate spring is studied,and a test bed is built and tested for the structure parameter of eccentricity.This paper provides new guidance for the design of eccentric flexible plate spring and motor.
