Research On Landscape Design Of Dalian Coastal Square Based On Urban Image Theory

As the "window" of the coastal city,the Marina Square uses a city-specific landscape as a material carrier,reflecting the spiritual pursuit and value orientation of the city and citizens,as well as the connotation and quality of a city.In this article,the theory of city image is applied to the landscape design of coastal square,so that it can promote the sustainable development of the landscape of coastal square and at the same time better construct the city image.First of all,the article analyzes the relationship between the urban image theory and the landscape of the coastal square on the basis of the current research status of the city image and the coastal square and related theoretical research.Introduce the theory of city image to investigate the landscape of Dalian coastal square.Through induction and summary,it is found that there are differences and differences in the material form elements that reflect the city image,which are mainly implemented in three aspects:highlighting the carrier of natural environment,highlighting the carrier of culture,and highlighting social development.Secondly,the article analyzes the medium that shows and conveys the image of the city to people in the landscape of the Marina Square,that is,the medium of ecological environment,the medium of culture,and the medium of social function.Then,starting from these three aspects,we put forward the landscape design strategy of Dalian coastal square under the guidance of urban image theory,and clarified the strategy for building the natural environment image of Dalian coastal square,including making full use of the original environment and integrating the natural landscape regeneration into the original environment;for Dalian The strategy for constructing the regional historical and cultural image of coastal square includes highlighting the regional culture and remembering historical culture;the strategy for constructing the image for the social development of Dalian coastal square includes the optimization of social functions,the pursuit of people’s sense of belonging and happiness.Finally,the theory is combined with reality,and Dalian Haibei Square is used to demonstrate the scientificity and rationality of the research theory and design strategy.It puts forward the contemporary value and significance of the landscape design of coastal Square in the construction of urban image,hoping to provide new ideas for the landscape design of coastal square in the future.
