| The development concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" has become increasingly popular.As a new type of building material,bamboo scrimber has enormous advantages.For example,excellent physical and mechanical properties,green,low-carbon,energy saving,renewable,degradable,prefabrication and easy promotion.It plays an increasingly significant role in the field of building materials.Against the backdrop of encouraging related industries,the bamboo scrimber industry will usher in valuable development opportunitiesWith the increasing application of bamboo scrimber in engineering practice,this paper mainly studies the long-placed bamboo scrimber beams.Through the flexural behavior test of the long-placed bamboo scrimber beams,the failure mode,section strain,deformation and bearing capacity are analyzed.In addition,the damaged long-placed bamboo scrimber beams are reinforced to explore the reinforcement effect of using steel plate to anchor damaged bamboo scrimber beams.It is aimed at providing some reference for the application of bamboo scrimber beams in construction engineeringIn this paper,the combination of experiment and simulation will be used to study the flexural behavior of bamboo scrimber beams and reinforced bamboo scrimber beams.The main research work is as follows:1.The basic property parameters,including moisture content,density,tensile strength along grain,compressive strength along grain,compressive strength across grain,shear strength,bending strength,elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio,were determined to provide data for the later finite element simulation2.The flexural behavior of the long-placed bamboo scrimber beam was tested.Through the four point bending test,the failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity,midspan displacement and strain data of the long-placed bamboo beams were obtained.The load-midspan displacement relationship,the load-strain relationship and the beam section height-strain relationship were investigated.Compared with the bearing capacity and deformation of the same batch of bamboo scrimber beams six years ago.The results showed that the mechanical properties of bamboo scrimber beams had no obvious change in the natural environment3.These beams were reinforenced and loaded again after a loading experiment while they were already broken.The experimental results show that the bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility of the reinforced beams have been effectively improved.It shows that it is feasible to adopt the reinforcement method of steel plate anchored by split bolt4.Through ABAQUS finite element simulation software,three-dimensional models of the bamboo scrimber beam and the reinforced beam are established,and the load and deformation of the beams under bending state are analyzed.Compared with the test results,the validity of the simulation is verified. |
