| Since the implementation of the bidding system,bidding has played a vital role in the development of my country’s national economy and has always occupied a very important position in the construction industry.Restricted and affected by a variety of social factors,there are still some irregularities in the bidding of construction projects,violations of laws and regulations such as bid rigging and stringing of bids have been repeatedly prohibited,and corruption is still serious.Therefore,it is necessary to study the prevention and governance of bid rigging and stringing of construction projects.This is of great significance to ensure fair competition in the bidding process of construction projects and the optimal allocation of market resources.It is necessary to effectively solve the behavior of bid rigging and stringing in the bidding process of construction projects.Become the key to promoting the high-quality development of my country’s construction industry.In view of the complexity and uncertainty of the bid-rigging and stringing behavior,this study uses a combination of case-based reasoning and Bayesian network technology to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the bid-rigging and stringing cases of construction projects.First,on the basis of collating and reading a large number of domestic and foreign documents,based on the large number of collusive bid documents published by China Judgment Document Network,extract the key attributes of relevant historical cases,and store these case information and data in the case database..Then analyze the attribute characteristics of the target case,use the entropy method to determine the attribute weight,and then calculate the similarity between the cases,matching to get one or more similar cases.On the basis of the case library,historical cases similar to the target case are obtained through case matching,relevant case data are obtained,and the GeNIe2.1 software is used to build a Bayesian network model for bid-rigging and stringing of construction projects.Case-based reasoning technology is used as an auxiliary means to build a Bayesian network model.Its purpose is to apply the knowledge related to the bid-rigging and stringing cases of construction projects that occurred in the past to the current construction engineering bid-rigging and stringing analysis,and to improve the current Bayesian network modeling Efficiency,analyzes the common features of similar cases,and proposes governance measures for these factors.Finally,through the learning and reasoning of the Bayesian network model,the five factors involved in the case,the position level,the power level,the project scale,and the city level are analyzed as the key influencing factors.The process of governance of bid-rigging and colluding behavior in construction projects is required.Focus on:The six factors of job level,organizational collusion bidding,city location,age group,gender,and borrowing bidding qualification are the biggest sources of construction project bidding collusion.Four targeted suggestions are put forward based on the model analysis results.This is to curb the occurrence of bid-rigging and corruption in construction projects.Based on a large amount of data,this study explores the complex relationship between the factors affecting the bid-rigging and stringing of construction projects from multiple dimensions,and more truly restores the original appearance of the operation of bid-rigging and stringing of construction projects,and broadens the existing bid-rigging strings for construction projects.The research ideas and methods of bidding behavior point out the direction for the analysis and governance of bid-rigging and stringing behavior in construction projects. |
