| Because large plane magnetic rheological polishing processing efficiency is low,the time-consuming,high cost,this paper puts forward a kind of polishing head with constructing multiple sets of permanent magnet poles to achieve large planar magnetic rheological polishing method.In order to solve the problem of different polishing removal amount of single magnetic pole polishing head at different positions,experimental method was adopted to carry out research,and the removal function curve of single magnetic pole magnetorheological polishing was obtained by data fitting.Based on this,the removal rule of MR polishing with multiple magnetic poles superimposed was fitted and analyzed,if a larger multi-magnetic poles polishing head is make,which can have higher polishing efficiency.Firstly,the removal mechanism of glass polishing is studied.Through comparison,it is considered that the removal of magnetorheological polishing is mainly the result of the combined action of mechanical and chemical action,and the mathematical model of magnetorheological polishing removal conforms to the traditional polishing removal model.Secondly,a single set of magnetic pole polishing head was designed and manufactured,and an experimental platform was built on a large diameter surface polishing machine to analyze and study the removal characteristics of single set of magnetic poles and the related processes.Under existing experimental conditions,the polishing head magnetic rheological polishing process,the study of a single set of poles in the surface of glass ring polishing zone,the polishing head removal characteristics of the experimental data,a single set of poles will surface contour curve before and after processing according to the position coordinates of point by point comparison difference,through numerical function fitting,get the curve of the magnetic rheological polishing to remove a single set of poles,It can be approximated as a one-dimensional Gaussian distribution.The principle of magnetorheological machining of multigroup magnetic poles is studied for multigroup magnetic pole arrangement.The effect of polishing surface morphology on surface roughness of multi-poled polishing heads was analyzed.The arrangement of permanent magnets on the disk is studied by using the level of the inner surface roughness of the ring polishing belt.Gaussian removal function of single pole-poling head was used to simulate the removal characteristics of multiple pole-poling heads with different pole-poling positions.The removal results of the actual polishing process were in good agreement with the simulation results.Finally,in order to achieve a larger area of magnetorheological polishing,a scanning polishing scheme using multiple sets of pole-polishing heads was proposed.It provides guidance for further research on the polishing of large area plane workpiece. |
