With the expansion of the scale of metro construction in China,the safety situation becomes more and more severe,and various types of metro construction safety accidents occur from time to time.Studies have shown that there will be many incidents with no injury,no loss or only slight injury and loss before the occurrence of every heavy or large metro construction safety accident,and such incidents are called Near-miss incidents.Near-miss incident management can effectively improve the safety management level of metro construction and prevent safety accidents.Remote video monitoring is an effective supervision measure for the safety management of metro construction site.Traditional video monitoring relies on manual supervision,with heavy workload and low efficiency,which can not detect Near-miss incidents in time.In order to improve the supervision efficiency of Near-miss incident in metro construction,a method of Near-miss incidents identification and automatic response based on video summarization technology was proposed.Firstly,the theoretical basis related to Near-miss incidents in metro construction is analyzed,and the definition and scope of Near-miss incidents in metro construction are defined.According to relevant theories and technological development of video summarization,the feasibility and necessity of using video summarization technology in detection and identification of Near-miss incidents in metro construction are analyzed.Near-miss incidents in metro construction are classified,and a knowledge base of Near-miss incidents in metro construction is constructed to provide data support for the identification and response of Near-miss incidents in metro construction.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the monitoring image and the determination principle of identification of Near-miss incidents in metro construction,the method and process to recognize Near-miss incidents in video summarization is proposed: to determine the Near-miss dangerous area in metro construction,the moving target detection and tracking algorithm is used to identify and track the worker targets entering the dangerous area,and typical frames are extracted to form a video summarization of Near-miss incident in metro construction.Finally,the response mechanism of video summarization of Near-miss incident in metro construction is designed.According to the video summarization information of Near-miss incident in metro construction,CBR reasoning algorithm is used to query the Near-miss knowledge base of metro construction to obtain corrective and preventive measures,and the response effect is evaluated.Perfecting the Near-miss incidents identification and prevention mechanism in metro construction conforms to the development trend of metro construction safety management from "problem-oriented" to "problem-discovery",and has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the informationalized level and risk pre-control ability of metro construction safety management.
