Study On The Planning And Design Of Theme Agricultural Industrial Park

With the rapid development of society and economy,the transformation of rural areas has encountered unprecedented challenges.Rural tourism plays an active role in this context,reflecting the human visdom in the use of nature and land,has and enabled leisure agricultural parks development rapidly.The planning and design of theme agricultural industrial park can not only improve the cultural connotation of the park,but also significantly improve the economic benefits of the park.Firstly,this paper interprets the related concepts of productive landscape,sightseeing agriculture,integration of three industries,and summarizes the current situation of leisure agriculture at home and abroad.Then,Combined with landscape ecology,landscape aesthetics,large agricultural circular economy theory,experience economy theory and other design theories,it improves the theoretical system of the main topic Agricultural Industrial Park.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development and construction of Agricultural Industrial Park,and puts forward some improvement measures.Based on the existing tea chrysanthemum industry of Qinglian chrysanthemum industry,taking the comprehensive function development of tea,edible,medicinal,ornamental and other comprehensive functions of chrysanthemum as the main line,combined with rural tourism and promoting the integration of three industries as the goal,the planning and design of chrysanthemum Industrial Park was carried out.Through the investigation of the current situation of the industry,the analysis of the surrounding environmental conditions and the arrangement of the tourism resources,the natural conditions,social resources and industrial advantages of the park were clarified,and the development goal of promoting the integration of the three industries and rural tourism was determined.According to the development orientation and service radius,the park is divided into scientific and reasonable functional areas,and the planning and design of land use,production system,industrial development,landscape structure and service facilities are carried out to meet the sustainable and healthy development needs of the park.Under the guidance of relevant theories,SWOT analysis of the project is carried out,and the planning ideas,development goals,overall layout,functional zoning,landscape nodes and other contents of the agricultural industrial park are elaborated in detail.Through the accurate positioning of the park,the park is divided into seven different functional areas,and the production,processing,tourism,science popularization and other reasonable integration,so as to strengthen the agricultural industrialization,increase science and technology,combine traditional agriculture with new ideas,create more abundant products,and deepen the development chain of the three industries.Through the depiction of details,the chrysanthemum culture is concretely integrated into the science museum,chrysanthemum culture gallery,landscape sketches and functional facilities,such as the hard pavement of chrysanthemum pattern,the addition and image construction of chrysanthemum culture elements in the garden lighting,benches,garbage cans and signs;The park can get better feedback by improving the ornamental and participatory nature of the park,adding chrysanthemum workshop,parent-child agricultural park,creative market,flower sea,chrysanthemum sculpture,hydrophilic plank road and other projects;Create different themes and festivals atmosphere,and publicize the park and products through various channels such as electronic business platform,official account,short video,etc.,and create an agricultural industrial park with strong product,scientific nature,rich theme and high service level.
