| During the driving process of the electric tractor,the power battery pack will discharge continuously,especially in the acceleration,climbing and other working conditions will discharge with high current frequently.When discharging,an electrochemical reaction takes place inside the battery,which causes the battery to heat up rapidly.Excessive temperature will lead to a decrease in battery life and capacity,and even cause the battery to burn.Therefore,the design of the battery thermal management system will effectively control the heat dissipation of the battery pack,which is of great significance to the efficient and stable operation of the electric tractor.This subject is devoted to the study of 25 horsepower electric tractor power battery thermal management system.The lithium battery is used as the power battery and the numerical parameters of the lithium battery are simulated.Then select the components of power battery thermal management and build the power battery thermal management system.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.According to the requirements of motor power and range,single battery parameters were selected,and the composition of the whole battery module was designed:every 70 battery series into a battery module,according to the requirements of double motor,shunt 70 battery of battery module,eventually need five such battery module to meet the requirements of the range.2.The selected lithium battery is simulated and analyzed,and the temperature field under discharge rate of 0.5 C,1 C,2 C and 4 C is obtained.3.The cooling effect of different cold plate thickness,cold plate size and coolant flow was compared by simulation.4.The idea of embedding heat pipes on both sides of the cold plate to enhance the heat dissipation effect was proposed,and the feasibility was verified by simulation analysis.Finally,the following cooling system parameters were selected for the single battery:the size of the cold plate was 150 mm long and 76 mm wide,the thickness of the cold plate was 5 mm,and the coolant flow rate was 1.08×10-3 kgs-1.According to the ambient temperature,initial coolant temperature of different temperatures was set,and the effectiveness of the cooling system design of the battery module was verified by simulation analysis.The electric water pump,radiator,fan and other components were selected,and the 25 horsepower electric tractor power battery thermal management system was preliminarily designed. |
