Research On Humanized Design Of Elderly Walking Tools

With the accelerating aging degree,the traveling mode of the elderly has attracted the attention of all walks of life.With the growth of age,the physical function of the elderly decline,and some middle-age and elderly people suffer the emergence of various diseases.The elderly need to use travel alternative tools to achieve daily travel.Therefore,the research of the elderly walking tools has a real value to improve the life quality of the elderly.From the perspective of humanized care,the topic of this paper mainly takes the humanized design idea as the theoretical support,and it takes the elderly and walking tools as the research object and content.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the research objectives and significance,this paper carries out the humanization theory,discusses its development history,and clarifies the humanization design principles.Secondly,it studies the human factors of the elderly,including physiological characteristics,physiological characteristics and cognitive characteristics,and the influence of the three characteristics on the design of walking tools for the elderly.Thirdly,the user research into the specific research and design of the elderly walking tools put forward the humanization in the elderly walking tool design opportunities.Then,it analyzes the design elements of the walking tools for the elderly.including modeling elements,structural elements,functional elements,CMF elements,and man-machine elements.It also analyzes the design principles of the elderly walking tools from the perspective of humanization.Finally,combined with the results of the previous research,the design practice is completed.The elderly walking tools are divided into two styles: closed and open to meet the consumption needs of different groups.Through the research of this topic,we can improve the problem of difficult traveling for the elderly,meet the function and humanistic care,conform to the aesthetic and emotional needs,optimize the quality of life of the elderly,provide convenience for the elderly,and promote the improvement and progress of China’s elderly industry.
