| Missile weapons have the characteristics of super offensiveness and great deterrence,and they are the support for maintaining strategic balance in modern.society.The high-precision and complete ballistic trajectory provides an important guarantee for the safety control and command display of the missile flight test.At present,ballistic orbit determination methods have evolved from single-station estimation to multi-station fusion estimation,but there are still problems such as low orbit determination accuracy and unstable estimation results.Therefore,this article conducts a more in-depth study on the method of ballistic trajectory determination.With the missile weapon technology as the research background,the multi-element ballistic model is aimed at improving the accuracy of ballistic trajectory determination.The following research is carried out:(1)Aiming at the problem that the traditional fusion method fails to retain its own advantages due to the complexity of the trajectory,resulting in a decrease in the accuracy of the estimated trajectory,this paper proposes a weighted observation fusion square root unscented Kalman filter method(WMF-SRUKF),The algorithm uses mathematical methods such as Taylor series expansion and matrix decomposition to approximate linearization of the measurement fusion equation to obtain a weighted observation fusion measurement equation.At the same time,combined with SRUKF for state estimation,the ballistic trajectory is finally obtained.Simulation results show that the WMF-SRUKF algorithm can accurately fuse multi-measurement information.Compared with single station estimation,the accuracy of ballistic trajectory estimation is improved,and the calculation cost is reduced.(2)In the process of trajectory tracking and measurement,the existing fusion methods generally directly perform specific weighting processing on the data collected from each sensor,ignoring the influence of data quality on the filtering accuracy.In order to solve this problem,this paper introduces robust estimation based on the weighted observation fusion algorithm,and proposes WMRF-SRUKF.According to the observed fusion value and predicted value,the algorithm calculates the measurement residual vector and the robust weight factor,realizes the separation and correction of outliers,and then obtains the corrected trajectory.Simulation results show that the ballistic trajectory estimated by WMRF-SRUKF algorithm is closer to the real trajectory than WMF-SRUKF,which can effectively reduce the influence of abnormal values on the accuracy of ballistic orbit determination.(3)Aiming at the problem that the ballistic trajectory estimated by WMRF-SRUKF is still affected by uncertain factors,resulting in inaccurate ballistic trajectory estimation,this paper uses the RTS smoothing filter algorithm(SR-UKFS)to smooth the trajectory calculated by WMRF-SRUKF.The simulation results show that SRUKFS makes the target state estimation at the previous moment more accurate,obtains higher accuracy,and effectively suppresses the influence of random errors on the accuracy of orbit determination.(4)The software of the ballistic trajectory estimation system is designed based on the GUI in MATLAB.The software contains the various stages of ballistic trajectory estimation,laying the foundation for subsequent engineering applications. |
