In our country,in order to improve sales efficiency and reduce crowding,supermarkets and fruit shops adopt uniform weight collection and uniform price for the sales of small ball-shaped fruits.However,due to insufficient automatic equipment prototypes,here is often relied on manual classification,which will cause collect the problems of large weight error and low grading efficiency.Therefore,in order to achieve the purpose of automatic weighing and grading,and to obtain the same weight packaging,this article introduces a fruit weight grading equipment for small ball-shaped fruits.The equipment prototype integrates multiple technologies such as mechanical engineering,motor control,multi-sensor technology,and pneumatic control,and realizes the automatic sorting,weighing,grading,and collection process of fruits by the equipment prototype;in addition,the host computer pass the entire equipment prototype.The start and stop of the equipment prototype are controlled,and the fruit weight information and operating status are displayed by machine interface,which can meet the needs of weighing and grading collection.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Exploring the classification parameters,determining the function of the equipment.Select Gannan navel orange as the representative fruit of the design through comprehensive comparison,explore its appearance characteristics,measure transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,weight,and obtain data such as its size and weight range,which are used as the mechanical structure design parameters and the basis of weight grade distribution in controlling;In terms of function,the equipment divides fruits of the same size by weight,and can complete the functions of sorting,weighing,grading,and collecting fruits,ensuring that there are four fruits of different weights in each collection box to achieve the same weight(The error is within 3%)the purpose of the fruit collection combination.(2)The design proposal is confirmed,and the mechanical structure is constructed.Based on the basic requirement,this article will propose an overlapping structure distribution design to save the equipment space,ease operation,and fasten the classification process.For the S-shaped slide multi-cylinder equipment and desktop equipment solutions,a design model is established using Solid works software to determine A desktop fruit weighing and grading equipment program was developed.Finite element analysis can be performed on the essential parts of the equipment by using ANSYS workbench software to draw and process the engineering drawing for non-standard part,and make a physical prototype.(3)Control system research,human-computer interaction design.Based on the overall plan and the functions to be realized,Siemens S7-200 PLC CPU224XP is used as the control core,and Step 7-Micro/MIN is used to write the logic control system program Use the MCGS configuration software to interact with its man-machine The interface is designed and communicated with the PLC program.The device prototype can be started and stopped through the touch screen,fruit weight information,and running status can be displayed.(4)Equipment prototype debugging and prototype performance test.The mechanical structure,electrical control system,and human-computer interaction system are combined to form an equipment prototype,and the operation and debugging have been carried out.For the weighing,grading,and collection units,the comparative test method is used for weighing and grading test verification.The weighing error and grading accuracy rate of the equipment prototype are obtained through test analysis,and the measured weight of the total fruit in each collection box is compared with the predicted value.Set the weight for comparison to obtain the maximum error value of the total weight of the fruit in the collection box.In this paper,through the selection and design of the mechanical structure of each unit of the fruit weight classification equipment prototype,the selection of the electrical components required by the equipment,the PLC logic program control,the design of the human-computer interaction interface,and the experimental analysis of the equipment performance,the prototype of the fruit weight classification equipment has been completed.The development provides a new reference for the weight classification of small spherical fruits.
