When rotating machinery such as aero engines is working,the speed even exceeds the third-order critical speed,which will cause greater vibration of the entire mechanical equipment.The rotor system is the core component of rotating machinery,and its vibration problem is a prominent problem in the process of engine development and use.In order to reduce the vibration of the rotor system,the method of introducing a squeeze film damper is often used,which will cause the rotor system design to be more complicated and involve more knowledge points.Squeeze film damper has many structural parameters and control parameters,and the reasonable choice of parameters is the key issue to reduce vibration.Axiomatic design(AD)has the advantages of ensuring that the top-level design is optimal,the steps are more scientific,and the blind iteration in the design process is reduced.In this paper,axiomatic design is combined with the rotor-damping system,axiomatic modeling of the complex system from the top level,and then the rule of parameter matching of the rotor-damping system is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combining the AD theory method with the rotor system design process,the rotor-damping system is axiomatically modeled from the top-level design,and an axiomatic model under three-level decomposition is established,and each level of decomposition is consistent with independent axioms and Information axioms.(2)Based on the AD model,the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the rotor system is carried out,and the characteristics of the rotor system under different speeds and loads are analyzed.Modal analysis,harmonic response analysis,transient dynamics analysis and rotor dynamics analysis are performed on the rotor system,and the natural frequency and critical speed of the rotor system are determined.(3)Under the AD framework,the characteristics of the squeeze film damper are analyzed,and the characteristics of the squeeze film damper under different structural parameters and control parameters are analyzed through experiments.By adjusting the structural parameters and control parameters of the squeeze film damper,it is possible to ensure that the rotor system has good vibration performance.(4)According to the characteristics of the rotor system and squeeze film dampers,combined with the operating characteristics of dampers of different structures,the parameter matching rules of the rotor-damping system are analyzed.The influence of the structural parameters and control parameters of the dynamic and static squeeze film damper on the stiffness and damping characteristics of the damper is analyzed through experiments.Research shows that the clearance ratio can be used as a key parameter to effectively adjust the characteristics of the damper,and the reasonable design of the static and dynamic squeeze film damper has a good vibration reduction effect on the rotor system,and at the same time can ensure a sufficient stability margin.
