As the upstream of automobile industry chain,auto parts are the foundation of automobile industry development.In recent years,with the support of the national major strategy and technical special projects,China has gradually established a complete automotive parts processing and manufacturing.Also,China has gotten remarkable achievements in the aspects of industrial scale and industrial chain collaboration,providing strong support for the development of the entire automobile industry.However,there is still a gap between China’s auto parts industry and foreign advanced enterprises in key core technology,high-end product research and so on.With the development of electric,intelligent,networked and shared trend in automobile industry,the auto parts industry is facing a new round of industrial revolution.The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 and the severe shock of the global economy have intensified the survival of the fittest in the auto parts industry.How to survive and develop in the fierce competition has become a difficult problem for auto parts enterprises.Under such development background,this article takes Y auto parts company as the research object,Using strategic management theoretical knowledge and analytical methods,analyses the internal and external environment which the enterprise exists some problems in the process of transformation and upgrading.Secondly,it points out the threats and opportunities that the enterprise is facing,chooses the differentiation development strategy for Y auto parts company which is suitable and feasible for its future development.Then,the article elaborates the implementation key of the differentiation development strategy.With implementing differentiation development strategy through offering new products to existing markets and exploiting existing products to open up new markets,so as to solve the current business difficulties that the enterprise facing.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the strategy will implement smoothly.This article follows the general process of strategic management,analyses the research object Y auto parts company across the board.Then develops the strategic plan for the enterprise.In the end,it puts forward the safeguard measures,which are aimed at implementing smoothly.Taking Y auto parts company as the research object to carry out the development strategy research,the article is intended to provide some suggestions for the sustainable development of enterprises in the early days of a new wave of change of the automobile industry,as well as the impact of COVID-19 epidemic and the "de-sinicization" of manufacturing.At the same time,It is hoped that the research results of this article can provide beneficial reference in the pest of strategic management for other similar enterprises in the auto parts industry.The trend of "new four modernizations" in the automobile industry has already emerged,the auto parts industry will be reshuffled.Facing the new situation of development,parts and components enterprises should speed up improving the ability of innovation,break through technical bottlenecks,steering in the direction of development rationally,strengthen the foundation for enterprise development,promote the high-quality development of China’s auto industry in full sail.
