| With the continuous development of all kinds of mechanical equipment,power transmission is very important,and reducer as an important transmission component,its role is more and more important,if its performance is not superior,it will have a significant impact on the operation of mechanical equipment,so the simulation analysis of deceleration is very important.Based on the knowledge of three-dimensional modeling method,finite element method and structural optimization design theory,this paper uses Solid Works and ANSYS finite element analysis software to study the static strength analysis,modal analysis,optimization design and dynamic performance of various parts of the reducer.The research results have certain reference significance for the design and production of anti-aircraft gun training simulator The research contents are as follows(1)The research status of antiaircraft gun training simulator,optimization design and reducer is described.In this paper,the parametric design of the reducer,so that when changing a certain size,the overall reducer changes,without the need for overall size adjustment,according to the optimization results of the initial structure design of the reducer.(2)The three dimensional modeling design of the reducer adopts the transmission mode of double gear,which makes its radial size smaller,greatly reduces the length of the reducer and saves the transmission space.Using parametric modeling and non-standard gear design ideas,first draw the involute,then stretch and other operations,you can intuitively view the composition and overall appearance structure of the reducer.(3)The finite element method and finite element software are introduced,and then the modal analysis of the reducer is carried out by using Solid Works and ANSYS.The results show that the design of the reducer meets the design requirements.(4)Based on the initial model of the reducer,the topology optimization design of the gear plate is carried out by using ANSYS software.After the completion of the optimization design,the statics analysis is carried out.The results show that the performance of the optimized gear is improved and the moment of inertia is reduced.Then carry on the topology optimization to the box body,the optimization result shows that under the condition of satisfying the use strength,the whole weight is greatly reduced.(5)After the completion of the overall design and optimization,the overall dynamic analysis of the reducer is also carried out.ADAMS software is used to simulate the transmissionand kinetic energy output of the input and output shafts.The results show that the overall effect is excellent,the transmission effect is good,and meets the design requirements. |
