With the rapid development of mobile electronic products and the continuous popularization of the Internet of Things,people’s perception needs in life,production and even the military continue to increase.Traditional single-function,large-volume,and high-energyconsumption perception devices have been difficult to meet people’s integration of perception devices.Miniaturization and intelligence requirements;In the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,non-contact infrared temperature measurement equipment has played an important role in epidemic prevention.With the normalization of epidemic prevention and control trends,small-sized high-performance multi-target infrared temperature measurement equipment There is a broad market need.This paper studies the embedded miniaturized multi-sensor intelligent sensing and multi-target infrared temperature measurement technology,and implements software and hardware in low-power,micro-volume,and high-performance embedded devices.This design uses Xilinx’s Zynq-7020 chip as the system hardware development platform,and adopts the idea of software and hardware co-design to collect binocular camera images,camera data preprocessing,OpenCV face positioning,non-contact infrared detection,All-inone air detection and Io T transmission are integrated into an embedded system.The received image is hardware accelerated by the PL(FPGA)part of the Zynq chip to complete the preliminary processing,and the video image acquisition scheduler,face positioning and other algorithms are completed on the PS(ARM)side processor and the on-chip system.This design scheme can combine the advantages of FPGA in parallel computing speed and programmable logic devices with ARM’s advantages in introducing algorithms and deploying operating systems to reduce the workload of underlying development.The main work completed in this design includes:(1)The hardware design of the equipment prototype,including the design of the digital logic engineering at the bottom of the equipment prototype hardware,the hardware circuit PCB design and the mechanical structure design of the equipment prototype.(2)System software design,including device system-on-chip migration,software crosscompilation,and front-end Qt and We Chat applet function design.(3)Perceiving equipment function test and data calibration.This design adopts the idea of software and hardware collaborative design to realize the intelligent perception of multiple components in the air and multi-target infrared temperature measurement,and achieve the expected effect.The system has the characteristics of small size,low power consumption,strong functionality and strong scalability.It also laid the foundation for the next step in the research and development of more functional intelligent sensing devices.
