With the wide use of various charging products in various fields,convenient and efficient use characteristics are favored by people.In some special service environment,in addition to paying attention to the power capacity of the explosion to the target object,the incidental damage to other important facilities around it should also be considered.So this article to target other facilities around the collateral damage of protection as the research background,with the corresponding protective components as the research object,and to improve its protection as the research target,with simulation method for two kinds of common unit type protection components,studied the protective performance of structure design,the main research content is as follows:(1)based on Ansys-Autodyn simulation platform,this paper expounds the basic calculation principle of platform during the simulation,and use of software in each step during simulation,this paper analyzes the operating standards,obtained from the theory and technical level on software used to guide the practice of,provides a guarantee the accuracy of the simulation results.By comparing the simulation results with the empirical formulas and experimental results,a good agreement is obtained.(2)Reinforcement is one of the most commonly used structural reinforcement forms in explosion protection components.In order to further improve the performance of stiffened steel protective components and meet the requirements of dynamic enablement environment for the protection effect,the basic elements of the protective components were taken as the research object,and the residual deflection response and energy absorption response of the structure under explosion load were taken as the protection performance indexes,and 32 models were simulated.According to the qualitative analysis of the data,the response law of the stiffened plate under the air blast load and the influence of different stiffened ways on the response result are obtained.By quantitative analysis,the relationship between different proportional distance and residual deflection of the structure is obtained,and the shock wave energy absorption under different explosion loads is discussed in the case of different number and arrangement of stiffeners.The reference idea of reinforcement arrangement in stiffener type protective member is obtained.(3)Sandwich structure is a common design method for lightweight treatment of homogeneous solid structure.The newly developed negative Poisson’s ratio structure is used as the sandwich layer of the sandwich structure to form a new type of negative Poisson’s ratio sandwich protective element.Through the design of the geometrical parameters of the negative Poisson’s ratio structure,the residual deflection of the upper and lower panels and the energy absorption of the upper and lower panels and core layers are considered as the protective performance indexes.By using the method of simulation,the folding Angle α of negative Poisson’s ratio sandwich and the inner chamfering radius R of the panel were taken as the research variables,and 25 kinds of simulation models were established and calculated to explore the protective performance of the whole structure under different geometric core parameters.According to the data,the response law of the sandwich structure under explosion load is obtained when the negative Poisson’s ratio sandwich has different ratios of α and R,and the change law of the residual deflection of the upper and lower panels and the change law of the energy absorption of the sandwich layer are obtained when the ratio of α and R is different.The research work in this paper reveals the dynamic response characteristics of two kinds of common protective components under air explosion load and discusses the design method aiming at improving the protective performance of the protective components.It provides a valuable reference for the design and application of protective components under the load of short distance air explosion.
