Polymer grouting repair technology as a non-destructive repair technology has been widely used in the field of water conservancy infrastructure engineering,but polymer materials will be affected by acid,alkali,and saline environments during use.Although polymer materials have certain corrosion resistance,the influence of snow melting salt,acid,and alkali on polymer grouting materials is still unclear.Therefore,the mechanics of polymer materials under snow melting salt,acid and alkali environments is unclear.The characteristic test has important reference value for its application value in actual engineering.In this paper,the snow-melting salt solution immersion,salt freezing and acid-base immersion tests were carried out on the low exothermic polymer materials.The mechanical properties of the polymer specimens before and after immersion were tested,as well as the changes in mass and volume,and the microstructure was analyzed.Performance changes,and compared with ordinary polymer materials,Because the test needs to be peeled and cut,the cell body on the surface of the test piece is damaged to different degrees.There is a certain difference with the polymer in the actual engineering,but it can still provide a certain reference for the engineering application of polymer materials.the main research content and results are as follows :(1)The basic physical properties of common polymer and low exothermic polymer materials were tested under the conditions of immersion in thawing salt solution and freeze-thaw cycle.The water absorption,mass and volume change rates of common and low exothermic materials with different densities were tested and analyzed under the conditions of immersion in thawing salt solution and freeze-thaw cycle The water absorption rate,mass and volume of the material under the condition of ring were studied,and the water absorption mechanism of the material was analyzed.(2)Based on the uniaxial compression and tensile tests of polymer grouting materials,the compressive strength,tensile strength and stress-strain curves of the samples were measured under the conditions of immersion(30 days,60 days,90 days)and freeze-thaw cycles(50 times,100 times,150 times,200 times)in snowmelt salt solution,and the changes of compressive strength and tensile strength with immersion cycle and freeze-thaw cycles were explored The damage mechanism was revealed by SEM.(3)The uniaxial compression and tensile tests of low exothermic polymer materials were carried out under the corrosive environment of strong acid and strong alkali solutions.The compressive strength,tensile strength,mass and volume change rate of specimens with different densities were tested.The change rule of immersion time,and the microscopic damage morphology of polymer specimens is proved through SEM electron microscope test.
