| Dike is an important part of water conservancy project in China,and its safe operation is very important.Some of the dykes in China are mainly composed of silt,which are easy to cause seepage damage due to its small cohesive force,low strength and poor water stability.Grouting is an effective anti-seepage reinforcement method at present.However,because of the small pore size of silty soil,it is difficult to apply the conventional grouting materials to the silty soil.Therefore,this paper develops the permeable polymer slurry and studies its application in the seepage prevention and reinforcement of silt dike.Firstly,the engineering characteristics of the test silt and the viscosity change of the permeable polymer are studied through the laboratory test,and the results provide the basis for the evaluation of the injectivity of the permeable polymer slurry in the silt.Then,the grouting model test device is integrated to analyze the influence of grouting pressure,soil porosity and water content on the diffusion law and reinforcement effect of permeable polymer slurry in silt.The mechanism of polymer on silty soil is revealed from the micro point of view.Finally,the seepage prevention and reinforcement effect of seepage high polymer grouting on silt dike is evaluated by combining field test and FLAC3 D numerical analysis.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of small pore and low permeability of silty soil,the permeable polymer slurry is developed,which has the characteristics of low initial viscosity and controllable setting time.According to the grouting material injectability criterion,it is found that the permeable polymer slurry has good injectability in silty soil.(2)The indoor grouting equipment is integrated,and the slurry diffusion test is designed to study the diffusion law of permeable polymer slurry in silt under different influence factors.The results show that the slurry diffusion distance is positively correlated with grouting pressure,silt porosity and silt moisture content,and the grouting pressure has the greatest influence on the slurry diffusion distance.(3)The results show that the compressive strength and impermeability of grouting reinforcement are positively correlated with the grouting pressure,and negatively correlated with the water content and porosity of silty soil.The water content of silty soil has the greatest impact on the grouting reinforcement effect.At the same time,it is found that the permeable polymer can increase the strength of silt several times and the permeability coefficient several orders of magnitude,which can meet the embankment engineering standards.It is found that polymer can effectively adhere to the surface of silt particles,and improve its mechanical properties and impermeability by filling the soil pores and reducing the porosity.(4)The results of FLAC3 D numerical simulation show that the strength of soil increases,the impermeability improves,the displacement decreases and the pore water pressure drops sharply after grouting reinforcement with permeable polymer.The results show that the seepage prevention effect of permeable polymer grouting reinforcement in silt embankment is good. |
