| The measurement of velocity dependent parameters is an important basis to determine the flight environment conditions of aircraft.According to statistics,only 10% of all kinds of parameters are remotely measured,but from the data volume of the overall parameters,the fast changing parameters generally account for about 80%,which shows that the data volume of fast changing parameters is huge.In order to solve the problem of how to transmit more effective information when the telemetry bandwidth is limited,a DSP based fast variable parameter processing device is developed.According to the functional requirements,the device can process real-time time time-frequency conversion data of vibration,shock or noise,so as to enhance the effectiveness of the returned information and reduce the amount of data.In this dissertation,first of all,from the system design to grasp.According to the functional requirements,the hardware design scheme based on dual core architecture of DSP and FPGA is proposed.Meanwhile,the selection of dual processor,the selection of internal data transmission interface and external communication interface are analyzed,and the design of internal logic and system workflow are described.Secondly,the hardware design of the system is described in detail,including the system power module,TMS320C6747 minimum system,analog acquisition interface,EMIFA internal data transmission interface,CAN FD external communication interface and the miniaturization design of the device.Thirdly,the key technologies of DSP program development and internal communication reliability design are introduced in detail.That is to say,the PSD algorithm,SRS algorithm and SPL algorithm are developed in CCS5.3 software for vibration,shock and noise.The interface control,loss of connection processing and FIFO arbitration management between DSP and FPGA are described in detail from the aspects of software,hardware transmission protocol and data transmission reliability.Finally,the internal logic design of DSP and the design of DSP program online loading scheme are briefly described.The time-sharing multiplexing function of the fast variable parameter processing device and the online maintenance of DSP program are realized by modular design.Set up the test environment,through the same data of the fast variable parameter processing device data processing results and MATLAB software calculation results in the Origin Software fitting comparison,prove the correctness of the fast variable parameter processing device data processing. |
