With the de velopment of optica l thin film technology,there are more and more types and applications of optica l filters.Besides,the requirements of sc ientific researchers on the performance parameters of optica l filters are becoming more and more stringent.Nowadays,optica l filters have important applications in the fields of optica l communications,spectra l analysis,remote sensing detection,biomedic ine,aerospace,and military satellites.Filters can be divided into absorption filters and interference filters based on the ir spectral characterist ics.The interference filter has the characteristics of many types and wide applications,but because of its multilayer film structure,it has higher requirements for the angle of inc ident light in practical applications.Absorption filters use light absorption characteristics to suppress light transmission in a specific range of wavelengths and make up for the lack of inc ident angle of interference filters.However,due to the limitation of light-absorbing materia ls,the fixe d cut-off range cannot meet the application requireme nts of many fie lds.Therefore,this artic le combines colloidal quantum dots with tunable size and optica l filters.High-qua lity Cd Se colloida l quantum dots and Cd S colloida l quantum dots are used to prepare filters,and the optical properties of colloida l quantum dot filters are studied and analyzed.The specific steps are as follows:1、Synthesis and characterization of Cd Se and Cd S colloida l quantum dotsIn this paper,high-qua lity Cd Se and Cd S colloida l quantum dots were prepared,and the influence of impurities suc h as precursors and ligands on the sample materia ls was eliminated through purification and extinction treatment.We carried out the characterization of a bsorption and luminescence.At the same time,we used transmission e lectron microscopy and X-ray diffraction ana lysis to characterize the morphology of its interna l structure.These operations provide a guarantee for our preparation of colloida l quantum dot filters.2、 Production and ana lysis of colloida l quantum dot point arrays and linear array filtersIn this paper,he colloida l quantum dot filter calibration system had been establishe d to better measure and ana lyze the transmittance of the filter.We used a pipette to suck the sample solution onto the dot array filter to measure its transmittance curve,and then compared its performance parameters to prove the feasibility of using colloida l quantum dots to prepare long-pass cut-off filters.The cut-off range of the absorption filter could be controlle d by adjusting the partic le size of the colloida l quantum dots.The line array filter was printed through the SONOPLOT micro-nano-le vel deposition system and the signa l-to-noise ratio of the filter transmittance curve was improved by improving the process leve l to lay the foundation for the micro-spectrometer imaging system.3、 Research on size dependence and temperature dependence of Cd Se colloidal quantum dot filtersBy measuring the transmittance of CdSe colloida l quantum dot films with different partic le sizes,it could be seen that the transmitta nce curve had a red shift as the partic le size increases.By measuring the absorption and transmittance of Cd Se colloidal qua ntum dot films at different te mperatures,it could be seen that for every 10 K increase in te mperature,the red shift of the absorption curve of Cd Se colloida l quantum dot film does not exceed 1nm,the error of the transmitta nce curve is within 0.1 and the half-peak width increases. |
