| The inflatable deployed technology can be applied to the deployment of space membrane structures.Compared with the mechanical deployed method,it has significant advantages such as light structure,low launch cost,and small volume.It can be applied to the deployment of solar panels and the off-orbit of abandoned satellites.Therefore,it is of great significance to study whether the deployed process of the space membrane structure is smooth or not.On the basis of summarizing the progress at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the dynamics of the space membrane structure in the inflated process,and carried out the simulation of the balloon shaped membrane structure and the solar sail in the inflated process.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzed the application of the control volume method,the display dynamics integral algorithm and the contact algorithm in the inflated process of the membrane structure,and it can obtained the control volume method and the display dynamics integral algorithm can make the modeling and simulation of the membrane structure avoid penetrated phenomenon and zero energy mode,and save storage space and calculation time.Secondly,use LS-PREPOST and LS-DYNA to establish a finite element model of the balloon shaped membrane structure and set 4 different conditions to simulate the inflated process,set the steady inflated rate as the standard situation,and change the inflated rate,temperature and pressure as the other three conditions,then results of the inflated characteristics under various conditions showed that when the inflated temperature is 750 K inflated state is ideal.Finally,based on the research on the inflated process of the balloon shaped membrane structure,LS-PREPOST was used to carry out finite element modeling of the solar sail,and two novel folded methods,namely the Z folded method and the Z+curly folded method,were proposed.Then set a standard situation in LS-DYNA,change the inflated rate,temperature,pressure and inflated position as other conditions,and compare and analyze the inflated characteristics of the two folded models under various conditions.It can be obtained that the when the solar sail adopting the Z folded mode had better stability,and was more suitable for practical applications.In addition,the simulation results of the models were compared with the experiments in the relevant literature to verify the feasibility of the model. |
