The oil cooler is an indispensable equipment in the heat transfer process of the loader,which has an important influence on the working performance and working state of the loader.Optimizing the performance of the oil cooler has practical significance to ensure the efficient reliability of the loader.This paper takes the loader oil cooler as the research object,analyzes the fin manufacturing quality and heat dissipation performance,and provides a reference for the design and manufacture of the oil cooler.First,analyze and study the mechanical properties of the fin forming process.The draft angle of the mold during the mold forming process is an important parameter that affects the forming ability of the fin,and the draft angle of the mold will have a greater impact on the shape of the fin,and indirectly affect the heat transfer performance and resistance performance of the oil cooler.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the influence of the draft angle of the mold on the forming ability of the fin.In addition,the size of the punch and die fillet and the punching gap during the fin stamping process will also affect the forming quality of the fin.Therefore,a comprehensive study of the different draft angles,punch and die fillet and punching gap on the fin forming quality impact is complete.Secondly,the influence of different fin structure parameters on fluid flow characteristics is studied.The structure and enhanced heat transfer mechanism of the platefin oil cooler fins are introduced,and the heat transfer process of the oil cooler is analyzed.With reference to the basic parameters of the fin structure,the basic model of the fin single flow channel is constructed,which lays the foundation for the numerical analysis.Through the method of numerical simulation,the zigzag fin structure is studied.Investigate the effects of different fin structure parameters on heat transfer and resistance characteristics,including zigzag fin structures with different staggered tooth widths,zigzag fin structures with a certain inclination angle,and inclined zigzag fins under different staggered tooth widths.Finally,the overall performance of the oil cooler is studied.Combined with the actual structure size of the oil cooler,a simulation model of the oil cooler is established and related numerical simulations are carried out.In order to analyze the difference between the simulation data value of the oil cooler and the actual structure data value,the oil cooler is tested,and the simulation results are compared with the test results.The research shows that the simulation method used in this paper has a certain feasibility.On this basis,the overall simulation calculation of the zigzag coolers of various structural forms described in this article is carried out,and the heat dissipation performance of the oil cooler under different structural conditions is obtained.
