Passenger car door closing noise not only has objective sound characteristics,but also reflects certain psychological characteristics.The sound of car closing is an important factor for customers to evaluate the quality of the car,which will have an important impact on the competition of OEM enterprises.Therefore,it is very meaningful to evaluate the sound quality of passenger car door and analyze the performance simulation in the early stage of design.This paper studies the factors that affect the sound quality of door closing,standardizes the evaluation method of door closing sound,puts forward new objective evaluation parameters,studies the simulation analysis in the early development of door closing sound,and combs the prediction method of door closing sound based on the combination of door closing sound simulation analysis and objective test data.The main contents are as follows:(1)Study on Influencing Factors of door sound qualityThis paper analyzes the composition of the passenger car door,analyzes the influencing factors of the door closing sound quality based on the various components of the door structure,sorts out the key influencing factors,and provides the basis for the subsequent evaluation and simulation analysis.(2)Research on subjective evaluation method of door sound qualityThis paper establishes the subjective evaluation standard and process of passenger car door closing sound,and puts forward the subjective evaluation method based on weight analysis according to the existing evaluation methods.By using the comprehensive weight of the influencing factors of the sound quality evaluation results,a subjective evaluation method with the characteristics of weight analysis is obtained,which can obtain the door sound quality more efficiently and fairly,and facilitate data integration The new evaluation method was used to evaluate the door closing sound of 23 samples,and the weighted subjective evaluation score was obtained.(3)Study on objective evaluation parameters of door sound qualityThe objective data of 23 door closing noise samples were collected,and the traditional acoustic parameters of door closing noise were analyzed.The empirical mode decomposition(EMD)and Wigner Ville transform(WVD)were established Through the subjective evaluation method of weighted analysis,the subjective evaluation score of door closing sound is obtained.The correspondence between objective parameters and subjective results is analyzed and compared.It is found that the newly established sound quality evaluation parameter sq-emdwvd(sound quality evaluation parameter based on EMD decomposition and WVD transformation)has better subjective consistency.(4)Simulation analysis of sound quality of car doorUsing the structural data of a sample door,the door model is established by using the finite element software,and the door collision analysis and radiation noise analysis are carried out to obtain the radiation noise of the door outer panel when the door is closed.Through the synthesis with the door lock assembly noise obtained from the assembly test,the door closing sound signal is predicted in the early stage of design,and the simulation results sq-emdwvd parameters are compared with the actual test results To verify the effectiveness of the simulation analysis.The sound quality prediction method of door closing in the early stage is established by combining simulation analysis with objective test.The research of this paper is of great value to evaluate,quantify and improve the sound quality of passenger car door closing.
