| In the past 20 years,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly,and automobiles have gradually become essential elements in people’s daily lives.As the core strategic product,B-class cars are responsible for many meanings such as shaping brand image,launching the newest technology,and creating profit value,which are areas that auto enterprises have to focus on.As the core model of FV B-class product,MT automobile is an important source of sales and profit for FV.It also represents the advanced R&D and production capabilities of the FV brand and is one of the most important products for FV’s brand building.In recent years,due to policy guidance,changes in the economic situation,and rapid development of competitors in the industry,the situation in the automotive market has become increasingly severe.Therefore,how to establish a healthy and effective marketing method and occupy a dominant position in the market competition is a problem that vehicle enterprises pay close attention to.This paper takes the marketing strategy of the MT automobile as the research object,and conducts a systematic study from the marketing environment,marketing strategy and marketing strategy combination based on the marketing theory basis.This paper analyzes the current marketing situation and existing problems of MT automobile,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes,which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of improvement measures;subsequently,the PEST is used to analyze the macro environment of MT automobile and apply Porter’s Five Forces Model summarizes the micro-environment,and applies the SWOT to determine the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of MT automobile,and provides theoretical support for improving the marketing quality and marketing effects of MT automobile.Finally,a marketing mix strategy for MT automobile is proposed,and product strategies,price strategies,promotion strategies and channel strategies are used to solve the difficulties faced by MT automobile.Through the in-depth research on the marketing strategy of MT automobile,this paper provides theoretical support for the improvement of the marketing strategy of MT automobile,which helps to enhance the brand influence of MT automobile,increases market share and sales level,and helps VW brands compete in the increasingly fierce market. |
