| The Automatic Mechanical Transmission has high Transmission efficiency and low manufacturing cost,but there is power interruption in the process of shifting,and the driving experience is poor.Based on the P3 configuration plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle,the problem of shifting power interruption will be solved by using the auxiliary role of the motor,and the driver’s comfort can be improved.Based on the AMT dual-motor hybrid power system,combined with the State Of Charge change Of the battery and road conditions,this paper analyzes the mode switching,starting and gear shifting process Of the research object,and carries out the following research:1)The different driving modes of the research object are analyzed,and a dual motor mode switching strategy based on the research object is proposed,including the mode switching strategy when using P0 or P3 motor.On the basis of this,the mode switching strategy in fault mode is proposed to further improve the mode switching strategy of the vehicle under different working conditions.The simulation models were built based on MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation results demonstrated the importance of P0 motor in the configuration and explained the reason why P3 was difficult to start the engine.2)On the basis of building a complete clutch model,the starting strategy research is carried out when driving by different power sources.The three strategies include engine start,pure electric start and hybrid start,respectively corresponding to the battery SOC cannot discharge,low SOC but can discharge,and sufficient SOC conditions.Engine start strategy is divided into fuzzy strategy and local constant speed,pure electric start strategy into start and up/down the start,start hybrid strategy is divided into started uphill road,the simulation results show that the engine start two strategies all can smooth start,but the control is not the same as the focus,get the performance index of different.The pure electric starting strategy can guarantee a smooth start at different slopes and pedals,and there is no sliding phenomenon.Based on the original engine starting strategy,the hybrid starting strategy is optimized and the starting time and sliding friction work are shortened due to the addition of motor.3)To analyze traditional AMT shift process,points out the shortage of power interruption causes and puts forward a kind of shift strategy based on the traditional strategy optimization research,the simulation results show that: the control strategy to solve the traditional shift speed in a spate of problems,and optimize the part shift interrupt,but there is still a shift in the shift process interruption.So again without interruption of power shift strategy is put forward,analyses the process and model control process,comparing the results of simulation and optimization to shift strategy,without interruption of power shift strategy solves the problems of AMT shift interrupt,promote the continuous shift process of automobile power performance and reduce the degree of impact in the process of shift up,meet the requirement of shift strategy formulation. |
