| Because of its high selectivity,high analytical precision and wide application range,liquid chromatography technology is very popular among experimenters in the field of sample analysis.Mass spectrometry technology has the characteristics of high resolution,fast processing speed and high quality.Therefore,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology has become the most advanced method in the analysis of complex samples.However,the processing of liquid chromatography generally takes more than 30 minutes,while the analysis of mass spectrometry only takes more than ten seconds,which reduces the overall efficiency of the analysis.Although the carbon fiber component separation system developed by our research team simplifies the sample preparation process and shortens some separation time,it can only manually inject a single sample each time and manually collect it.It cannot be combined with liquid chromatography or mass spectrometry.It is impossible to realize the automatic sample preparation process.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the component separation system and meet the development needs of the autom ation and intelligence of the sample pretreatment system,this dissertation has developed a two-dimensional carbon fiber separator that is compatible with automatic and manual sampling and can be combined with mass spectrometry.system.First,the structure design of a two-dimensional carbon fiber separator is carried out.The separator is composed of non-activated carbon fiber,activated carbon fiber,automatic injection valve,six-way valve,six-select valve,and injection pump.After the adsorption and elution of different components of the sample by two carbon fiber columns,the complex sample is pre-separated according to three polarities: strong,weak,and weak.The direct connection of autosampler,two-dimensional carbon fiber analyzer and mass spectrometer is realized through the fluid path and control signal interface.Secondly,the syringe pump structure,communication interface circuit,pump drive circuit,six-way valve,six-select valve interface circuit,mass spectrometry interface circuit,single-chip microcomputer interface circuit,power supply circuit,etc.are designed.Completed the system C51 program design and debugging,complete machine installation and debugging.Finally,the syringe pump was tested and the error was less than 1%.Using Baifuzi transdermal liquid for manual injection component mass spectrometry analysis,and using 3 different samples for automatic sampling mass spectrometry analysis experiments,the experimental results show that the system can divide a sample into three types: strong,medium,and weak within 4.5 minutes Polarity performs high-efficiency and rapid separation,and realizes the automatic process of sampling,pre-separation,and mass spectrometry,which not only saves time,but also improves the accuracy of the experiment.The system can be used in fields such as the production and research and development of medicines,the development and utilization of natural resources,the monitoring of environmental pollutants,and food safety. |
