Case Study On The Refinancing Performance Of LJ Listed Company

Since the establishment of China capital market,refinancing,especially equity refinancing,has always been an important means of obtaining capital when listed companies encounter capital problems in their development.Equity refinancing injects new momentum into the company’s subsequent operations and development.However,the current performance of equity refinancing in China is not optimistic.After refinancing,the performance changes of each listed company are completely different.Therefore,case analysis of equity refinancing performance is not only theoretical but also of practical application significance.The rapid development of LJ company after its listing is closely related to its subsequent refinancing activities.In order to summarize the experience from the LJ company’s refinancing case,this article is divided into five parts.The first is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,and then combs the research status at home and abroad through the description of relevant documents at home and abroad,and then explains the research content and research methods of this article.The second is the case background.This section first introduces the industry background of the case company and the analysis of the company’s operation.This part of the content introduces the development of the photovoltaic industry where LJ is located,and at the same time introduces the basic operation of the company after its listing in 2012,focusing on the issuance process of corporate refinancing and the motivation for refinancing.The second is the case analysis.This section is the main part of the paper.It analyzes the refinancing performance of LJ company.Using event research method and financial index analysis method,analyzes the company after LJ company refinancing by analyzing the market performance and financial performance of LJ company.Changes in performance,and analyzes the different ways of different refinancing methods on financial indicators.Regarding changes in financial performance,Du Pont analysis method is also introduced to conduct a step-by-step analysis.And then learn from this case analysis,and draw enlightenment for other listed companies to refinance.The last is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the content of this paper and draws corresponding conclusions.This article is mainly based on the refinancing process of LJ company and the research on the company’s financial performance.It provides some reference for other listed companies.It also selects LJ companies that have adopted a variety of refinancing methods in the past 5years to conduct research.It is more comprehensive and representative.Analysis of the performance of a company after using refinancing to raise funds can provide a theoretical basis for the research on the development of the refinancing market.
