In this paper,the process of bullet design work is very complicated and inefficient.First study the information management of bullets.Through the use of C# programming language combined with SQL Server database language,the bullet information is stored in the database,and the basic information of bullets,bullet structure characteristics,material information,etc.can be modified,inquired,deleted,etc.operating.It is also possible to generate a kill efficiency curve,which is convenient to view the performance information of various bullet shapes,so that the power of the bullet can be easily compared.Secondly,we study the problem of intelligent design of bullets.Because the support vector machine algorithm relies too much on the kernel function,it will cause a lot of troubles in the selection work.Therefore,this paper uses the support vector machine algorithm improved based on particle swarm algorithm,taking the caliber of the bullet and the radius of the tip of the bullet.,The height of the tip of the warhead,the arc radius of the warhead,the arc height of the warhead,the cylindrical diameter of the warhead,the cylindrical length of the warhead,the tail cone angle of the warhead,and the full length of the warhead are used as the input set.The range of the bullets,the density of the bullets,the penetration distance of the bullets and the power of the bullets are used as output sets to establish a bullet intelligent design system.Finally,in order to solve the problem that the designed result is not optimized enough,according to the characteristics of genetic algorithm that can achieve the global optimal solution,the genetic algorithm-based support vector machine optimization algorithm is used to achieve better optimization results.The functions that this system can realize are: bullet information management;existing caliber bullet design;new caliber bullet design.This system first summarizes the experience and knowledge of experts in the field of bullets,combines the existing caliber of bullets,and summarizes a set of standardized bullet design methods,and expresses warheads of different calibers in the form of formulas or definitions;then combines with SQL Server The database language integrates these empirical formulas and definitions into the database to facilitate people’s access or use,and at the same time generate the subsequent inference rules needed;finally,the optimized support vector machine algorithm is used to optimize the design of bullets.A good combination of small sample learning and bullet design can greatly reduce the design cycle of bullets and improve design efficiency.
