| With the rapid development of social economy and technology,travel requirements and cargo transport requirements are increasing.For professional drivers,such as taxi drivers,truck drivers,high-speed railway drivers and long-line civil aviation drivers,working long hours is their most significant work characteristic,especially when the passenger flow is large.Professional drivers are required to stay seated all the time when they are at work,and studies have shown that long-term sitting will make the body continue to load,and ultimately affect the driver’s physical health.For driving seat comfort is studied based on the research of ergonomics size,this topic through to the human body posture,the researches on the mechanism of the static fatigue posture of human body static fatigue improving measures are put forward to evaluate and to the human body static fatigue improvement measures,to select the optimal solution,it is concluded that to improve the design of a universal driving seat comfort,applied it in the train,truck,and civil aviation aircraft on the driver’s seat.For example,high-speed railway is developing rapidly.While vigorously breaking through the high-speed railway speed,it ignores the humanized design of driver’s seat and pays no attention to the injury of driver’s body caused by static fatigue accumulated by driver’s long-term sitting position.Based on ergonomics and other theories,this paper mainly completed the following research contents:(1)Study on the mechanism of human static fatigue.This paper firstly discusses the research methods of human static fatigue,including the establishment of the sitting posture human body model and the sitting posture human skeletal muscle mechanics model,then defines the concept of human static fatigue,and summarizes the measurement methods and manifestations of human static fatigue,and finally comes to the cause of human static fatigue.(2)Research on existing fatigue improvement measures.A comprehensive survey of fatigue improvement products on the market was conducted,focusing on the measures to improve fatigue,the product structure to achieve the method and the application of the existing fatigue improvement measures in the driving seat.(3)Specific measures to improve the static fatigue of the driver’s buttocks and back as well as the design idea of improving the driving seat are proposed.Based on the above research on the human body’s static fatigue mechanism and the existing fatigue improvement measures,the feasibility scheme summary of the static fatigue improvement measures for the driver’s buttock and back is made,and the design idea of each functional module of the driving seat is proposed.(4)To study the concrete realization of driving seat improvement design.Based on the research in the first four chapters,the improved design of the driving seat includes the structure and material of each functional module. |
