Civil aviation is an important service-oriented strategic industry to promote global cultural exchange and economic development.The steady development of civil aviation enterprises nationwide benefits from the favorable domestic policy environment and the increasing demand of domestic residents for civil aviation transportation.As for the civil aviation industry with high input and low output,in the face of increasingly homogenized competition,how to improve their own marketing strategies and improve the profitability of enterprises has always been an urgent issue for aviation enterprises to solve.At the same time,the industry as a whole passenger load factor showed a precipitous decline.The decline in passenger traffic has further intensified competition in the industry.In the era of great changes in the global economic environment,how to change the thinking,seize the market opportunities in the new marketing environment,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,should become the primary problem for aviation enterprises to maintain stability and development.Based on the above realistic background,JD Airlines is selected as the research case,and the marketing strategy of JD Airlines is analyzed through six parts of research contents.The introduction discusses the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,research methods and research innovation.The second part introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of this paper.The third part is the introduction of JD Airlines marketing strategy status,the company’s main problems.The fourth part analyzes the macro-environment and micro-environment of JD aviation enterprise,and describes its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges with SWOT analysis method.The fifth part puts forward the improvement suggestion of JD aviation marketing.The sixth part is the guarantee measures to improve JD Airlines’ marketing strategy.The conclusion part is the summary of the research results.
