With the frequent occurrence of extreme events in recent years,extreme weather events such as hurricanes have caused serious damage to the power system.In this paper,aiming at dealing with extreme events and improving the resilience of the power system,because of the poor effect of power component reinforcement,we use mobile power supply which has the flexibility and convenience to provide power supply for important power loads.In order to achieve good recovery effect after extreme events,the location of mobile emergency power supply connected to power grid to participate in load recovery is worth studying.In order to improve the resistance and resilience of power system,this paper establishes the pre-positioning and scheduling model of mobile emergency power supply.Firstly,in view of the dual damage of extreme events to power lines and traffic roads,this paper considers that the damage of traffic roads has an impact on the travel of mobile emergency power supply,so based on the conventional Dijkstra algorithm,the Dijkstra algorithm is improved by updating the weight matrix to calculate the travel distance of mobile power supply in the damaged traffic network,so as to provide travel basis for the pre-positioning model.Then,a mobile emergency power supply preset model based on extreme event uncertainty in multiple scenarios is proposed,which randomly simulates the power load weight and power line damage,considering the relevant constraints of the power system after the power supply is connected to the grid,and considering the impact of road damage on the travel of mobile power sources.This paper explores the difference of the recovery effect when considering the traffic damage and not considering the traffic damage.Taking 33-bus power transportation network as an example,the results show that the simulation of multiple scenarios considering traffic road damage is closer to the actual extreme event damage,and can also improve the resistance of the power system.In the last part,taking a single extreme disaster as the research scenario,the real-time scheduling model of mobile emergency power supply is established.By scheduling the mobile emergency power supply to recover the power load at different times in a short time after the extreme event,the change of the access position of mobile power supply and its moving in the traffic network are considered.The results show that the effect of emergency power supply participating in dispatching recovery is better,which can improve the resilience of power system.
