| It is the consensus of all countries to take the road of sustainable and green development,and developing clean energy is an important measure to achieve this goal.Worldwide,the capacity of clean energy installations,power generation and consumption has shown a blowout growth,which has brought about remarkable results in energy conservation,emission reduction and climate and environment improvement.This benefits from the positive promotion of clean energy policies,but policy support alone cannot achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality and efficiency of clean energy.It is necessary to establish an effective and convenient market mechanism and trading mode to promote the participation of clean energy in market trading,so as to realize the purpose that the market plays a decisive role in resource allocation.China has pledged to reach a peak in carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060,and has proposed the strategic direction of continuing to promote the development of clean energy.In particular,China will promote the integration of wind power,photovoltaic power and hydropower into the grid,and actively carry out clean energy market trading at regional,inter-provincial and intra-provincial levels.An important reason why clean energy is difficult to realize large-scale consumption is that its load is not controllable.Even if the price is lower than thermal power to participate in market competition,users still need to consider the risks and losses caused by power supply interruption to reduce the consumption of clean energy.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a set of convenient and efficient trading mechanism to promote the transaction between clean energy generators and users,and at the same time,it is necessary to establish a perfect energy storage service mechanism to guarantee the electricity demand of users within the adjustable range.Based on the above background and practical problems,this paper carries out further research work.The research contents of each chapter are based on the research background,domestic and foreign research status,and research summary,and according to the train of thought of "sorting out the current situation--putting forward problems--theoretical analysis--building models--deducting examples".Based on the background of the rapid development of clean energy,this paper firstly sorts out the policy mechanism and market mechanism to promote the development of clean energy,and analyzes the application of demand-side resources and energy storage technology in promoting the absorption of clean energy.Then the key research contents of this paper are described in detail,which is divided into three parts:first,the establishment of a new interactive transaction model among clean energy generators,users and energy storage;Second,to establish the optimal cooperation scheme,revenue sharing and cost sharing mechanism among participants in the transaction;The third is to carry on the empirical analysis to the proposed mode and mechanism.In the new model,clean energy power producers and users sign a bilateral negotiated electricity price contract in the form of"quotation without quotation",and settle accounts according to the actual consumption.The optimal cooperation plan is to formulate the system absorption plan under the constraints of the forecast data of clean energy power generation,the forecast data of user base load,the regulation ability of demand side resources and the regulation ability of energy storage system,so as to achieve the total consumption of clean energy power while minimizing the cost paid by users.Through the empirical analysis to verify the proposed model has to promote clean energy given the actual effect,give full play to the demand side,Shared storage resources in a given the potential of clean energy,and proved that the mode of the user overall revenue is greater than the tou price gains,a stimulus to the economy of the user,can stimulate the market vigor.This paper provides some research support for promoting clean energy consumption. |
