| With the development of economy and society,the demand for the concentration detection of trace features in the food safety field is also increasing,the potentiostat plays an important role in the detection and analysis of trace features.At the same time,with the continuous update of integrated circuit technology,electrochemical analysis technology and software design methods,impedance measurement system has been widely used in the impedance characteristics of biofilms formed by bacteria and other microorganisms.This paper starts from the optimization of the potentiostat based on the detection of bioelectrochemical parameters and the research background and current research status of the impedance platform design is aiming at the problem of single detection method of portable potentiostat and lack of data optimization algorithm.In the paper we mainly added an electrochemical test method to the portable potentiostat system,and optimized the baseline peak position calibration algorithm,finally carried out the concentration detection of trace features.Based on the AD5933 impedance detection system,we also designed and implemented the PC software of the portable impedance detection system,performed performance tests on the system,applied it to the test of the simplified equivalent model of the biofilm finally.Therefore,this paper designs and implements the optimization method of the potentiostat based on the detection of bio-electrochemical parameters,and the test and upper computer software design of the impedance platform.The main work is as follows:In view of the single detection method of the current portable potentiostat system,and basically not considering the phenomenon of baseline and peak position shifting with the increase of modifiers,we added chronoamperometry and differential pulse voltammetry to the original portable potentiostat system,optimized the baseline peak position calibration algorithm.So that the portable potentiostat system can meet the needs of the electrochemical field for multi-scenario applications and data analysis work more and more simple.Then we applied the optimized baseline and peak position calibration algorithm to the data of the E.coli test experiment.The results show that the baselines of the data processed by the algorithm are basically parallel,and the peak position error is below 1.23%.Based on the AD5933 impedance detection system,we designed and implemented PC software of the impedance detection system,which can be used to study the impedance changes of the biofilm formed by bacteria and other microorganisms,so as to improve the problems existing in the impedance board.In the PC software of portable impedance detection system,scanning frequency range grouping,LMS adaptive filtering of impedance data,fitting of low frequency impedance data,and reducing system phase error are used.The software design process is designed,and these processes are realized in the PC software.In the experimental part,for the optimization of the portable potentiostat,we designed performance test experiments and application test experiments for cyclic voltammetry,chronoamperometry and differential pulse voltammetry.In the performance test and application test experiment,the results show that the portable potentiostat has superior performance,the data obtained by the system is roughly the same as that of CHI760 E,and the relative standard deviation of the peak height(steady current)is below 9.6% Secondly,the performance test of the portable impedance measuring system under the RC series parallel network and the equivalent model of biofilm is carried out.The results show that the two data curves obtained in the RC series-parallel network have the same trend,and the variance of the amplitudefrequency characteristic is below 3.3Ω,and the variance of the phase-frequency characteristic is below 3.0°,indicating that the system has high stability.Therefore,the optimized portable potentiostat system can be applied with different electrochemical detection methods to realize the concentration detection of trace features,and the portable impedance detection system can realize the basic test of the biofilm equivalent model,which has important application value in the realization of rapid detection and instant analysis. |
