The Research On Fine Quality Management Of Prefabricated Construction Building Based On BIM

Under the building policy of "applicability,economy,green and beauty",with the social demand and policy guidance,the building production pattern is gradually transformed from cast-in-place construction to prefabricated construction that meets the technical system requirements of design standardization,production industrialization,construction and assembly.Therefore,the prefabricated construction is gradually applied to the construction industry in China with the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and construction speed.BIM(Building Information Modeling),as a data tool with the advantages of visibility,coordination,simulation,optimization and printability,promotes the construction industry to information and intelligent management under the promotion of China’s policies.At the same time,combined with the management elements of standardization,refinement,and personalization in delicacy management theory,this thesis takes the delicacy management as the guideline,and BIM technology as the implementation tool.Meanwhile,it implements BIM into the quality management work in the whole life cycle of the prefabricated construction,which can provide reference for the realization of the delicacy management of the prefabricated construction building quality.(1)Based on a large number of documents,this thesis summarizes the research status of prefabricated construction quality management,BIM technology and delicacy management theory.Furthermore,the prefabricated construction building and its quality management,BIM technology and delicacy management are studied theoretically.The necessity and feasibility of the integration of BIM technology and delicacy management theory are discussed.Based on their respective advantages,the direction of the construction of the later management mode is determined.(2)Based on the detailed design stage,production and transportation stage,construction and assembly stage,and operation and maintenance stage in the whole process of prefabricated construction building,39 influencing factors of prefabricated construction building quality are determined,and 11 key factors in four stages are obtained through design questionnaire and factor analysis.(3)The pattern which is quality delicacy management of prefabricated construction building based on BIM,with the delicacy management as the theoretical guidance layer and BIM technology as the technical implementation layer respectively,which constructs and innovates the management mode of 11 key influencing factors in the four stages,including normative documents,building model management,design process management,etc.(4)Taking an existing prefabricated construction building case as an example,this thesis simulates the application of BIM based quality delicacy management mode of prefabricated building,and evaluates its implementation effect The results show that the management mode has a positive effect for the quality management of prefabricated building.
