As an important direction of wind power development, the problem of offshore wind power consumption has been to be solved. Therefore, optimizing the dispatching and management mode of offshore wind power and establishing an integrated energy system complementary to offshore wind power are the research hotspots. However,at present, there are few researches on the dispatching and management mode of integrated energy system involving offshore wind power, most of which consider incomplete factors and ignore the external cost of auxiliary service fee.In view of this situation,a two-stage scheduling strategy for offshore wind power integrated energy system considering auxiliary service fee is proposed. The main research work is as follows:(1)Analysis of the characteristics of various power stations in the integrated energy system.Based on the DTW distance method, the reverse peak regulation characteristics of offshore wind farm and photovoltaic power station are analyzed, and the differences between the reverse peak regulation characteristics and independent operation are analyzed after the combination of them. The results show that the reverse peak regulation characteristics of offshore wind power are much greater than that of photovoltaic wind power, and the photovoltaic power station with smaller installed capacity can greatly reduce the reverse peak regulation characteristics of large capacity offshore wind power plant after the combined operation of the two.(2)Analysis of ancillary services involved in integrated energy systems. The occurrence mechanism of auxiliary services such as peak regulation auxiliary service, frequency modulation auxiliary service and rotation standby service is analyzed, and the transaction organization process is divided into two stages:day-ahead and day-day.(3)Two-stage scheduling strategy for offshore wind power integrated energy system considering ancillary service fees.Based on the research of all kinds of plant and ancillary services, establish a linearized mathematical model of the integrated energy system, put forward a kind of auxiliary service charge of offshore wind energy system in two phase scheduling strategy. This strategy allows the entire cycle is divided into two stage-the day before, considering the external auxiliary service charge and the cost, the power fluctuation frequency division, and Pumped storage power station is used to reduce peak and valley filling and suppress low frequency fluctuations, and battery is used to suppress high frequency fluctuations. The calculation results show that the proposed strategy can effectively increase the power plant revenue and reduce the wind abandonment rate compared with the common scheduling strategy without considering the auxiliary service charge and the wind-optical complementary system without pumped storage.
