| With the rapid development of railway in China,the number and investment of railway renovation projects such as station yard renovation,equipment replacement and new station house are increasing year by year,resulting in increasing construction safety risks.A bunch of safety risks in the construction process easily threaten train operation,construction personnel and passengers life safety.This paper references to existing security risk management for railway safety risk management theory and analysis of present situation and shortage of X bureau.Take Y station reconstruction project as case study,brainstorms for risk identification based on the “risk level matrix method for risk assessment” to determine risk levels,gets “Class A” risks in 7 items,“Class B” risks in 16 items,“Class C” risks in 5 items and “Class D” risks in 2 items.Analyze the identified 30 items individually,concludes that mentioned risks items are mainly caused by working staff and methods,which needs attention at high level.And to other prospects like personnel,machinery,material,method,environment of high-risk level,establishes special control measures at high or medium risk levels and set up risk management form.With the smooth implementation of the reconstruction project of Y station,proves that the safety risk management studied in this paper is effective and feasible,which is applicable to the construction stage of railway renewal and reconstruction project.At the same time,it puts forward the problems that need to be optimized in the implementation process.Finally,according to the preliminary analysis results,the safety risk management system is further optimized,and various management mechanisms are improved.In addition,this paper outlooks the future research direction.Through the research on the safety risk management in the construction stage of railway renovation project,it can effectively promote the prevention and control of the construction safety hidden dangers of the participating units,and achieve the purpose of reducing the frequency of safety accidents,reducing the loss of accidents and reducing casualties. |
