Electric energy plays a pivotal role in eradicating poverty and provides sustainable development. Therefore, electric power is the life line for the growth of a developing nation.Conventional power framework supplies power to different kinds of loads distributed over significant distances with the assistance of long transmission lines, substations and distribution lines. It brings about high electric power losses and causes decrease in the unwavering quality of power supply. It costs exceptionally high for the exchange of power and issues identified with security and natural impacts likewise increments. To adapt up these issues, distributed generation is the key arrangement which uses power generation from different sources and is interconnected shut to stack focuses.Distributed generation gives better outcomes regarding voltage profile improvement and line losses decrease, whenever introduced at an appropriate area. The recent development in renewable energy resources provides the solution to provide electric power to the power deprived areas around the world.A reliable power system needs to be calculated, before commissioning a new or modification of a current power grid,to do so the load flow analysis is a technique to analyze the power flow in the power network and calculate the non-linear mathematical model solution. In this research work load flow analysis has been carried out to point out the current MVA loss, voltage mismatch, and overvoltage/under voltage buses, voltage profile, and quality of power system situated in Northwest Pakistan tribal area.Additionally, the possible economical solution has been suggested by installing renewable energy sources to form a distributed generation system. It is obviously seen from the outcomes, that reconciliation of DG units of appropriate size and type causes voltage profile improvement and line losses decrease in the event that it is introduced at the most doable area. These outcomes can be productive for energy utilities and power maker organizations to appropriately use the sustainable power-based power creating hotspots for future development of power frameworks.ETAP software is utilized for the simulation of four different scenarios and the impact of Distributed generation systems on the power grid.
