With China already committed to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060,the construction of high proportion renewable energy power system will accelerate.As an important flexible energy storage resource in the system,the power type energy storage technology represented by flywheel energy storage has unique application value.As the foundation of flywheel high speed rotation,the supporting system of energy storage flywheel is the key to the reliable operation of flywheel.Firstly,the technical route of flywheel products and prototype in support system is introduced.Secondly,the paper studies the hybrid support system which adopts axial permanent magnet unloading bearing and mechanical bearing,which is suitable for the energy storage flywheel of our country power system,and selects the technical scheme of medium speed and large capacity flywheel.The paper summarizes the common materials,manufacturing and heat treatment technology of metal flywheel rotor,analyzes the working principle and structural characteristics of soft support dynamic balancing machine,introduces the commonly used dynamic balance method of flexible flywheel rotor,and deduces the function relationship between drilling depth and the unbalance amount to be removed in the heavy method of drilling and cutting,According to the function relation,the dynamic balance of flywheel rotor was carried out by drilling and weight cutting method.Thirdly,the permanent magnet bearing in hybrid support system is studied,a large unloading force permanent magnet bearing scheme based on NdFeB is proposed.The theoretical method of magnetic calculation is derived.The two-dimensional axisymmetric model of the bearing is established by using ANSYS Maxwell 16,and the axial unloading force and axial stiffness are calculated,A set of unloading force measuring device is designed to measure the axial unloading force,and the error source between the measured value of axial unloading force and the simulation value is analyzed.On this basis,two new permanent magnet unloading bearing schemes are proposed.Finally,a test system of charge discharge cycle of flywheel is built,which can be used in small distribution capacity.The charge discharge cycle test is carried out for the flywheel with hybrid support system.The dynamic balance effect of flywheel rotor and the working condition of hybrid support system are tested.The results show that the performance of hybrid support system is stable and the flywheel charge discharge cycle test system is safe and reliable. |
