With the continuous progress of electrical level,the application of electrical equipment is more and more widely.As an indispensable part of electrical equipment,metal protective enclosure plays an important role in electrical equipment.As the metal protective enclosure is generally located outside the electrical equipment,it may be affected by the environment,thus forming a variety of defects,which is not easy to observe.When the shell defects,may not be able to achieve the protection of internal electrical equipment,in serious cases will affect the normal work of electrical equipment,so in the process of daily use,the metal shell needs to be tested regularly.But in some bad working conditions,the traditional detection methods such as electromagnetic,optical can not accurately measure the product defects,so the ultrasonic nondestructive testing is proposed.Due to the high cost of ultrasonic testing equipment on the market,this paper designs a set of ultrasonic testing system with low cost,easy to carry and defect detection function.This paper mainly studies the basic method and theory of ultrasonic testing technology,analyzes the structure and principle of ultrasonic transducer,uses the measurement method of one transmitter and one receiver to carry out ultrasonic defect detection,and puts forward the overall design scheme of ultrasonic testing circuit,and realizes the hardware circuit of the system,including transmitting circuit,receiving circuit,serial communication circuit,The circuit principle of each part is analyzed,the circuit schematic diagram and PCB design diagram are drawn by software,and finally the real object is made.According to the hardware design requirements of the system,the control program of each part is written by Verilog language,and the software implementation of the system is completed,including the timing control of the transmitting circuit and receiving circuit,the receiving and transmitting function of ultrasonic,the software control of VGA video display module,asynchronous serial communication,FIFO,FPGA,etc The program design of several modules of fast Fourier transform.Aiming at the possible interference factors in various experiments,the anti-interference part is designed in each link to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experiment.Finally,the ultrasonic testing system is used to test the defective steel plate and aluminum plate,and the experimental results are analyzed.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic transceiver system designed in this paper can realize the function of defect detection of electrical equipment shell,and has the characteristics of simple hardware circuit structure,low cost and real-time display of measurement results.Figure[81]Table[12]Reference[82]...
