Abstract/Summary:
There is a need for vehicle turning at urban road intersections,and the vehicle turning characteristics are different under different traffic conditions and environmental conditions.At present,there is a lack of systematic research on the turning characteristics of vehicles at intersections,and no relevant theoretical research results have been formed.In the actual road design and signal optimization design,qualitative analysis is often based on experience to the demand and design,the consideration is not comprehensive,lack of quantitative basis.This paper takes the road intersection with a variety of traffic organization forms and environmental factors as the research environment,takes the turning process of taxi at the road intersection as the research object,analyzes the basic turning characteristics of taxi and the influence of different environmental factors on the turning characteristics,and establishes the taxi turning characteristic model.Its main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to determine taxi steering characteristics under different traffic conditions and environmental influences,this paper will collect and analyze data of various traffic conditions and environmental factors,take all factors and steering characteristics as a whole,and study taxi steering characteristic factors using principal component analysis method.(2)to determine the appropriate steering characteristics of the object,make the object of study has universality,in this paper,the GPS data from lanzhou city five area(qilihe district,anning district,west solid,red ancient,chengguan)one week taxi GPS data,using GPS trajectory agglomeration and fine network extraction method to extract the taxis on the road intersection,this paper USES 1800 path as the training data set,1007 path as the validation data set.The traffic conditions at the intersections of Lanzhou city were obtained by collecting baidu data from the environmental data.(3)In order to determine the rationality of the steering feature model,considering the availability and reliability of the model in the context of big data,this paper establishes a taxi steering feature model based on random forest and neural network algorithm,and verifies the steering factors affecting taxis at road intersections.Based on the analysis of multi-factor environmental conditions and the establishment of taxi turning model at road intersection,this paper provides scientific basis for urban road intersection designers,and provides data support for the development of intelligent driving technology and Internet of Vehicles technology.
